Looks like new

Looks like new. Works fast. Was expecting it to be ready to enter my details like a new install but it was ready to run. Added my data manually which also works but leaves my ID as 'USER' for now. I'm happy.

Don't expect a pristine look

I got a quick response from Customer Service when I queried why I had gigbytes of storage already racked up on the laptop (Windows 11 takes up many gigs of storage) . I was disappojnted at the condition of the lap top ie very scratched cover, but was told this was to be expected on a refurbished laptop. Still disappointing, but it works fine. Its early days, hence my less than enthusiastic scoring
