I made my first purchase with Oxknit a few weeks ago. The ordering process was easy and my sweater arrived on time. The fit was a bit tight so I emailed the company and got an immediate response telling me that they would ship out a larger size. No hassles, no fuss. The sweater arrived and fit perfectly. Quality is there and customer service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend Oxknit and will shop there in the future.

I was scrolling through Instagram and saw this cute woman wearing the cutest sweater ever. I immediately started to get the details of her outfit out, and came across Oxknit. I order a few pieces, the prices were decent, all my items were on sale. The delivery took a bit longer than I expected but not bad at all, considering I order sweaters and we are in summer it wasn’t an issue waiting a bit longer. The pieces are so pretty and unique, great quality for nowadays clothing; they have this vintage vibe that I love. I certainly recommend them.

I reached out to the company because I was missing an item in my order. They looked they figured out that it was not going to be restocked and they solve the issue before I could read the second email. They prompted the rep refunded my money and I was satisfied with the outcome. It happened pretty quick and I was actually impressed. Usually companies are dropped the ball on that stuff..

What a solid company! I selected the wrong size — my mistake— they were kind enough to send me a replacement and didn’t ask for the original back. They said they’d rather I donated it. Win win for all concerned.

The positive side: I recieved my items.

The negative:
Items are of poor quality, they don't fit as well as they show on the website. I had two shirts of size M and they fit absolutely differently, which one of them just hanging on me.
I requested a replacement for a smaller size (S), waited for over a month to get it, cause they initially shipped it wrong. And now that I got it IT'S THE EXACT SAME SIZE SHIRT!
Like literally the size M and size S are exact same. And they both don't look good at all.
Don't waste your time trying to pick a correct size, it's F*ing random anyways!!
And their support is super annoying, thanking me for my patience when I have zero parience left

I ordered 4 men's knit shirts and a pair of men's pants/ jeans. I enjoyed the patterns on the shirts, and the quality was fine. I ordered all 4 shirts the same size, and there were significant differences in the fit - very tight to ok, but none were on the loose end of fit. The pants were terrible for what were supposed to be retro-styled railroad jeans - waist too tight, high waist, very short zipper(!), and voluminous legs. When I asked for a return, they demanded pictures and gave me options of paying shipping back to China (costs more than the pants) or a 20% refund. Buyer beware if you think you'll return anything because it has a poor fit.

I bought a shirt and after taxes and other fees the shirt cost 40 dollars Unfortunately the wrong zip code was entered in so the shirt was returned to Oxnit I contacted them and they charge me another 14 dollars. This was in June. There is no shirt and due to the return policy no refund so no short and I am out 70 dollars Better to buy for Amazon

I placed an order and payed for it well over a week ago, but I never got a confirmation of any kind. Except from my bank that 100 bucks went to Oxnit immediately on the day of purchase. I e-mailed them to ask what is up with that, and they replied by screaming rude things at me in extremely poor English (with many exclamation marks) without answering any question. Since then I have tried to contact them another 4 times, and they just refuse to answer. I can check in my account on their website, and there it says "paid but not fulfilled". They won't tell me why. I'm pretty sure the order didn't register, because I didn't get any confirmation, which i did get with the first order and the third. After this second (disastrous) order that they refuse to ship, before I knew they would be so horrible, I bought yet another shirt to send to a friend. That order was placed a day or two after mine, and she received hers today. Which makes it even more frustrating that an order i placed well before that one is still being completely ignored.
The worst thing is when you email them, they actually yell at you and insult you and then block you, no matter how polite or gentle and reasonable you are. It's horrible. I'm already low on cash and I'm stressed, I've got other things to do. I don't want to worry about this for the next god knows how long, I'll have to start legal procedures and all which will stress me out for months. So, if you're lucky, your order will arrive and the product was alright in my first case, but judging from all reviews, 50% of customers do not get what what they payed for (if anything) and indeed no customer service exists whatsoever. That's quite a risk unless you're made of money and don't care. Strangely their website has a very decent and efficient AI chat bot, she checks everything for you and even sends emails to the "customer service" for you if you want, including all the data she found. If this AI chat bot would run the entire store, there would be 5 stars here on Trustpilot. But, needless to say, the "human" "customer service" ignored whatever the professional AI bot is sending to them. Just like they ignore it when you send mails yourself. Oh, before I forget, in between the yelling and derogatory behaviour they responded to my mail with, they also screamed they are busy. (Yet people who order after me do get theirs in a few days or at least they get them.) As if that is an excuse to steal someone's money. "We are busy so we only fulfill half the orders, the small ones, and keep the money for everything else (the most costly ones), makes us look legit while we're basically scammers". There is actually a specific name for webshops like that, I forgot what it is, the organisations that register bad webshops know. It is a form of scamming. I will be contacting them next.

Oxknit is a scam website. Pure and simple!

I'm shocked by the low reviews on this site. Everything I've ever gotten has been a great deal. Their stuff is not cheaply made or thin. I live in Texas. I do not need that many sweaters but this site sucks me in every time with their cute styles and designs.

I kept putting off ordering because of reviews on here however I love the designs so decided to order one top and see for myself. It is GREAT! Exactly like advertised, lovely quality and the shipping wasn't slow at all. I don't know if they have changed shipping companies however my experience was very positive and I will be buying more tops.

I have ordered several things from Oxknit and had no problems but on two occasions the shirts I ordered were out of stock and no one reached out to me about it. When I reached out through an AI chat bot, they offer me an exchange instead of my money back. Which makes my good experiences be overshadowed by my bad experiences.

The other reviews are unfortunately true. Terrible company, shipping from China which takes ages. Customer service is non-existent and if you would like to return or exchange any goods they make you cover the shipping yourself...not going near them again.

Horrible from beginning to end. Two days or more to hear back from customer service. They sent me a pair of pants with one buckle and then asked if I could just buy another buckle and they'll give me a partial credit. They didn't even realize that their suggestion is impossible without also visiting a tailor. What a sham outfit! This was my first and last time ordering from them. Lesson learned.

This company is in China - it took a month to get my order. Quality was pure GARBAGE. Their customer service is terrible. They do not honor returns. BUYER BEWARE.

BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered two items and received a confirmation email that the items were delivered. Only one item was in the package. I emailed Oxknit three times. No reply. No explanation. No refund.
Do NOT order from this company. Their service is unacceptable and disappointing. I’ll be disputing the charge and never ordering from them again.

They claimed that my address was wrong then tried redelivery the next day which they said failed. I live in a open air apartment complex right across from the office! The only way this couldn't be delivered is if the never even tried. Then it was cat and mouse emails for 30 days. I finally got PayPal involved and got my money back. Complete bullshit the whole thing. Don't order from this company!!
