Easy ordering and good value for the money.

Received wrong item after two weeks. No return label. AI support with an offer to get 20 % off as a «gift». Stay away from this company.

This is a scam company, shipping goods from China. The delivery took a long time, my purchase did not live up to my expectations. They claim to offer a free refund until you ask for it. Then you need to pay yourself to ship it to China.

Outdoorhaven is like every other China webshop. They pretend to be something they are definitely NOT. They give the impression that the item will arrive within 6-10 days at most. It takes significantly longer. Bought the item on May 15th. Was able to pick it up in the shop on June 4th, even though they gave the impression that it would arrive at my address. The item was anything but what I expected at that price. I could just as easily have bought the same thing at Temu or similar for a 10th of the price. And then I wouldn't have been disappointed.

Good products. Shipping time is a bit long, but worth waiting for.

Bought a military flashlight and bike lights. Both work as described. Delivery tracking was helpful. Lost one star because international shipping took longer than expected though.
