It’s a game changer for hot sleeper like myself. It’s Australian made and the customer service reply in hours. It’s the best investment I made for my wellbeing without all the subscriptions and crap. Very happy with it

The biggest waste of money. Their website compares it to eight sleep but that is like comparing a Ferrari and a toy car. It is missing basic features such as an on timer, you need to remember to turn it on every night. It also doesn't remember your settings so when you turn it on you need to make sure it is set correctly. Finally it does not monitor your sleep, it just does the same thing every night. As someone who has tried both this and eight sleep I recommend spending the extra money on the premium product.

I try to use your auto sensing option but every night when I turn it on I have to redo the setup to make sure it's in cooling mode and has the correct temperature. It usually just sets to a flat temperature. While the auto sleep may adjust the temperature, it doesn't seem to get it right anywhere near as often as eight sleep did.

Oak sleep communicated really well through delays that weren't their fault. The product itself has been fantastic, and definitely has improved my sleep in just the few weeks I have been using it.

Better than we thought and has also won over my overly sceptical wife.

Product might be ok if you’re looking to heat the bed but in my case I’m looking for cooling.
In cooling mode the hub makes too much noise and disrupts sleep.
The system doesn’t bring the bed to the selected temperature and hold it there, it cools (when in cooling mode) when the bed exceeds the set temp. This means you’re getting into a cold bed in winter.
Once you’re asleep and the bed heats up, the system doesn’t seem to have the power to cool the area under your body so you keep getting hotter.
Once the box is open there are no returns despite the product being ‘not fit for purpose’.
Don’t waste your money!

Quick to arrive. Sleep comes easily because it keeps the mattress cool. I stay asleep and feel better in the morning. It's quiet as well.

Its okay, does what it says, but nothing extreme, doesn't get that hot in winter and definitely doesnt get cold enough for summer, needs at least a remote so 1 partner doesnt have to walk over the entire bed just to change temp and stand there for 10 minutes fiddling around with the buttons, its just a cheap 8 sleep, and you can feel the difference. Good if your on a budget, but dont expect to much.

My husband and I have really enjoyed our sleep since adding the Oak Sleep mattress cover. The ability to control the temperature on each side of the bed has made a noticeable difference to our comfort and how well we rest each night. It’s quiet, easy to use, and works beautifully with our existing mattress.

1 person in a king bed, averaging 3-5 degree cooling at maximum compared to room temperature. Makes it not worth the noise.
Hassle free returns actually need to be unopened & unused.

Mattress topper feels quality enough but cooling unit feels cheap.

My wife and I are both hot sleepers living in a warm climate, and after using the Oak Sleep water-cooled blanket for about a month, we can confidently say we’re never going back. We bought the king size and it cools evenly across the whole bed. As a shift worker, my sleep schedule is always changing, and this has genuinely improved both my sleep quality and how quickly I can fall asleep.

What really surprised us is that it hasn’t changed the feel or comfort of our bed at all. We love a firm bed, and even with our mattress topper and the Oak Sleep system on top, everything still feels exactly the same — just cooler and way more comfortable to sleep on.

The best part is how it has transformed our nights. We can finally cuddle without overheating, and we actually sleep with a thicker blanket now because the cooling works that well. The build quality is excellent, and the whole system has been completely reliable.

We’ve been so impressed that we’ve already recommended it to heaps of friends, family, and coworkers. When something works this well, it’s easy to talk about.

Great product! My fiance and I both love it. Keeps my back cool so I don't have to roll over when it gets too hot.

It's not too loud, quiter than our aircon and fan so noise isn't an issue for us.

if you have the cooler on the right side of the bed, then the plastic bit where the water tubes go in to the mattress is a bit awkward at elbow height and I knock it when reaching for my bottle from my bedside table sometimes, so I wish it could be a bit slimmer and or have some padding instead of hard plastic. Not a big deal though and I still really like it. And not an issue if you have it the other way around with the tubes going in at the bottom of the mattress instead of the top.

One of the mattress cover's straps sewing came undone, didn't affect functionality in anyway. The support team was quick to respond and sent a replacement mattress that arrived within a day super fast - so that gives me some comfort that the local team is reliable and trustworthy.

Excellent for the Brisbane summer. We’ve been able to cut our electricity bill by around $150 per month simply by reducing our air conditioning use.

The only downside I’ve noticed is that it doesn’t have a remote or app, so the hub needs to be placed in plain sight and be accessible.

The service is great and the product is the same, however I returned mine due to it heating up the air in my room and making it stuffy, if you are looking to buy this then I’d recommend having good ventilation in your room! Support with Jack was outstanding and was always so helpful!

OAK SLEEP has been awesome from start to finish. The products feel super well‑made, and you can tell a lot of care goes into what they do. Everything arrived quickly, the communication was great, and the whole process was just easy.

Absolute scam trial period, they say 90 days refund policy but it’s only if you bought have haven’t tried. Eightsleep is way way better.
