FAKE RETA
My usual supplier was out so I thought I would try Lazarus, but what a mistake that was, the product does not work at all. I use this for my quaterly 3 day fast and it had 0 effect, I did a double dose the next day and still nothing.
They have certs that show the product is legit, but these are either fake or rigged cause the same thing elsewhere and it works. Junk and dangerous product.

Our Retatrutide 10MG batch LL-RETATRUTIDE-10MG-0125 was independently tested by Janoshik under report #156926, dated 11 May 2026, with a reported purity of 99.627%. This is not simply a certificate uploaded by Lazarus Labs, the report can be independently validated on Janoshik’s own website:

The batch reference printed on the vial can also be matched against the certificate in our public COA library.

Batch numbers don't match COA
Communication was good at the start. Unfortunately upon receiving my order the batch numbers didn't match the COA on the site. Apparently this is due to the manufacturer batch numbers being different to the Lazarus Labs batch numbers which doesn't give peace of mind, just 🚩 🚩
I have been told that Lazarus have sent vials for testing in their own name so that they will match batch numbers on the vials in the future...

Retatrutide didn’t work at all and bad service
Brought retatrutide off them… I should not of changed from my usual vendor.. the Reta didn’t work at all the food noise came back.. the worst thing was they wouldn’t even reply to my email.. the other 2 vendors I use are on the ball and always reply. Not happy wasted money and time. Bad product and service

The website was easy to navigate
The website was easy to navigate. The delivery price $20 was excessive for an Australian company. I order quite a few supplements from Aussie companies and it’s usually $8/$10.
The label was crooked giving the impression of poor QC.
I can’t speak to the quality of the product yet but current pricing makes long term use prohibitive.
