So happy with product, price but most of all the service. Pure peps is the first research supplier that has gone to the efforts to include a packing list with a personalised thank you note, little plastic containers so your delivery is safe plus there great to help keep product in fridge, they even sent some alc wipes for free, so good usual deliveries from other local suppliers just throw your vials in a bag and ship with no care or regard how they will be received.

### Great Service from Pure Peps

I recently purchased peptide pens from Pure Peps and unfortunately the pens I received were faulty. The team was very helpful and provided assistance, including sending through a video to help me get the pens working.

Pure Peps advised that they were waiting for a new version of the pens to arrive and assured me that once they received them, they would send replacements at no additional cost, with no need to return the faulty pens.

Benji from Pure Peps even reached out over the weekend to keep me updated and let me know that the new pens would be sent out.

Would give more stars if I could. Aus post screwed up the delivery 2 times, and even though the order was close to $350, they sent it again, no questions asked, at their expense. They even added a free sample of GHK Cu for my inconvenience (even though it was no fault of their own). Every time I emailed, Suzie got back to me promptly and was nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Will be recommending them to anyone who wants peptides.

I have made two purchases and am happy with the results. Their delivery is lightning quick too. Spent a lot of time researching where to purchase and happy I landed at PurePeps.
