What difference does it make to respond…
What difference does it make to respond if nobody pays attention? I wrote about one of the tubs of honey I ordered cracking while being shipped and it got honey all over everything in the shipping box. No one has even bothered to reply/rectify the problem. I have no confidence in your company and will NEVER order your product again unless this problem has been addressed.
