Item was never dispatched
Item was never dispatched. This order was to help an animal in distress and was an item of emergency. Upon checking with courier closer to date for delivery, they informed that the seller had failed to dispatch and hence there were no scans available to track shipment. We had to make alternative arrangements at a very short notice to assist with the emergency situation. Hence, we requested a refund from Bargain Avenue, which is yet to be received.

Very disappointed with this company. Australia owned with Australian stock was the banner! Great, I love shopping Australian. Delivery info took a few days to arrive in my inbox. Shipped from China!!! False advertising! Item hasn't arrived as yet, but I will not be shopping here again.
