The staff members were very helpful and they solved my request very quick. response time to my ticket was @ 10 min waiting time which is very fast comparing it to other providers i used before. i am satisfied with this service and I an gladly give a five star review.

Support always reply quickly and get the issue sorted asap, never had any issues with this hosting companies service would highly recommend.

I've had an ICARUS server with Host Havoc since 2024 and have had such a positive experience that I've since upgraded my server. Whenever I've had an issue, their support team responds very quickly to the initial ticket as well as any follow-up responses. They continue working with me until the issue is actually resolved instead of just closing the ticket. They're always quick to help resolve any issues without ever coming across as annoyed or frustrated. Even when they need to ask clarifying questions, they do so in a way that never makes you feel like they're pointing out a lack of knowledge or experience.

Their customer service has been great. Everyone I've dealt with has always been helpful, patient, and polite. I really appreciate how responsive, helpful, and consistent their support has been over the years. Their customer service is honestly a breath of fresh air, and I really appreciate them both as a game server host and for the level of support they provide.

I recommend Host Havoc anytime my friends are looking for a host for a game server. Based on my experience, they're the first host I suggest.-Thank you for having such a great team

Response time was extremely fast. Had a reply within 5 minutes and a resolution only 5-10 minutes later. Highly recommended!

Always quick with a response, and generally very helpful. You can tell you're not speaking to someone with a strict script of what to say.

Was hosted with a leading company ( You know which one) and my server kept bugging out, and not showing in lobby / files corrupted. After multiple tickets and AI chats I gave up and contacted pre-sales at Host Havoc and spoke to Ian. I asked if he could copy my server over to one of his servers and he told me he could. Bought a server and sent Ian the details and within half hour my saved game play server was up and running and nicely too.

Would i recommend Host Havoc.. judging by Ian's help yes I would. I hope support is just as good if ever things go wrong. Interface looks easy enough to navigate and pricing is fair.

I was worried because I had some issues setting up the server as I don’t have a PC, I used my phone to set it up to play on my Xbox. Unbelievably Rafael was able to work around a server issue and gave me admin permission to my Xbox account.
If I couldn’t have admin I wouldn’t be able to have my own server it would have been pointless continuing.
Within 10 minutes of submitting my ticket Rafael gave me access.
Great support service

The Website is god awful you get connection timeout when you try to load your own server you paid for. Installing workshop mod is long and tedious and you can't select multiple mods to install at once I would recommend finding a different provider

The control panel is clean and simple to use. They allow you full access to the server config file, which shockingly at least one host did not allow. Their tech support is top notch, clear resolution to problem solving, incredibly friendly and actually enjoy helping clients solve their problems. If you are lucky enough to get Rafael S, juist know you are in good hands, treat him with great kindness, he is a huge asset to the company.

Very good quality service, FAST ticket response times. 10/10 best server host I’ve used in years.

I use their Vintage Story and Minecraft server hosting services and both are relatively easy to use while being in a good price range compared to other options.

Customer support has always been very responsive and quick to fix issues. Even if it's not clear what's causing the problem, they still try to fix it instead of saying it can't be fixed. :)

Host Havoc has great reliability, top tier and responsive customer service, and is a great hosting provider. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs Dedicated Game Servers or even simple web hosting.

Support is very quick to respond and the customer service is very reliable.

Simple process to purchase. There was a bit of a hiccup in my billing as I was charged twice for one server (which sometimes happens). However, I reported this and the customer service response was immediate. They reimbursed me outright. I never do reviews but their response to a simple mistake was so great, I felt the need to. 10/10
