Easy transaction. The trial period went great so I purchased a basic paid plan. I had trouble accessing files from my trial period so I had to request support and Miguel was quick to respond and help me transfer over files to my new plan.

I had a problem today with my bot regarding port forwarding. 45 minutes after contacting support, my issue was resolved (ports were opened and my VPS was transferred to another node).

The only reason my review isn't 5 stars is because the settings I wanted to change for my server were turned off until I contacted support, and they should just be on from the beginning.

Very good. Suck good prices and deals and very easy to start. 4 stars is only because I had trouble installing plugins and getting Geyser and Floodgate to work but other than that it’s very good hosting service

Customer service is good. You'd expect a ticket to get a response within business days, but with Sparked, you get a response within 5 minutes MINIMUM and 15 minutes maximum. Their Technical Team is also very knowledgeable when it comes to managing servers, so you can be assured that they'll have a solution for your problem no matter how technical it is.
