Have placed many orders with Kaffek and always arrive in a timely manner and a good price. I ordered for Tassimo and Lavazza.

On June 13, 2026 I have ordered coffee for a total of 74 euros and have been waiting for my package to arrive.
Today, July 22nd, 2026, i have received an e-mail from the company, saying that my address wasn’t correct (it’s a lie!) and that my package was being returned to them!!! My address was correct on my order and nobody ever tried to reach me about anything! This is just a lie!
I have been waiting for more than a month and now I’m left without any coffee (or answer!!!)
I definitely do not recommend!

Addition on July 23rd: today I have received an email from them saying that the money I paid will be returned minus 10 euro for return of the goods!
I repeat: my address was absolutely correct!
They are just lying!
I just want to warn people about their tricks!

Ordered a coffee machine in March, which became faulty in early July.
Sent them an email, explaining what happened, provided pictures as well. It is now 22nd of July, have not received any answer. I used the machine for a few months, customer care does not reply at all.

Really great prices, easy to use website, free delivery (over £39) and with me in a few days. I can't really ask for more.

They supplied faulty decafe pods that ended up breaking my machine.
Unfortunately I'd made a second order which arrived before I knew, and the new pods were all faulty when I opened box.
They show no interest in collecting the full and almost full box from 2nd order, and only want to offer €15 gift card as compensation for €30-odd of pods. And take no responsibility for the damage done.
I Offered compromise but am very disappointed with the response.

Customer care subsequently came back and agreed to a reasonable compromise.
I am happy to continue as a customer.
I will see they are very good value and well priced overall

The shops and supermarkets in Dublin, Ireland don't sell the Lavazza coffee pods anymore. They were so expensive.
The cost of the pods on this site are so cheap.
The delivery service is great and so easy to order.
