1 star – £260 order arrived with missing items and Konges Sløjd refused to help
I spent over £260 on an order from Konges Sløjd for two personalised bags that were specifically needed for an international flight.
The parcel was handed over during heavy rain, the courier dropped it at my door and immediately ran back to the van. When I opened the parcel for the first time, the bottom of the box was already wet, the tissue paper inside was wet, and the two bags I had ordered were missing.
I contacted Konges Sløjd immediately. Initially they said they would investigate with the warehouse and courier, but then repeatedly insisted that I had left the parcel outside after delivery, despite me correcting them multiple times and explaining that this was not what happened.
They also claimed the parcel had been “signed for”, even though I was never asked to sign for it. I repeatedly requested the proof of delivery and the signature they were relying on, but this was never provided.
Rather than taking responsibility as the retailer for an order that arrived with missing contents, they simply told me to pursue the courier myself and refused both a replacement and a refund.
The most frustrating part wasn’t just the missing items—it was having to repeat the same explanation over and over while my concerns were ignored. This was a very disappointing customer service experience, and I have now had to pursue the matter through my card provider under Section 75.

Rain set with fleece
I ordered a rain set for my daughter, its perfect and very practical. The fleece is not loose so she can put it on herself. She just turned 3! Ofc the design is cherry on top. Kids appropriate, colorful and practical. Whats not to like.
Great customer service as well.

We can see that you have already been in contact with our Customer Service team, who have looked into the shipment and its tracking. They found that a change to the delivery was requested by the recipient on August 20. When a delivery change is requested, the courier needs to re-sort the package to a new location or delivery date and reprint the necessary shipping labels and documents. Unfortunately, this has caused the delay you have experienced.
The good news is that your package is back in transit as of today, and we’re keeping our fingers crossed that it will reach you very soon💫

I also had a small issue with a set of cutlery, but their customer service was fantastic and they replaced it without any hassle. Really happy with both the products and the service. Honestly, being able to buy Konges Slojd pieces has been a dream come true. I love all the designs, the quality of each piece, and every detail, which are incredibly well thought out. My most favorite kids clothing brand! Love the quality of the products, the way they look and how the kids wear it. Its nostalgic, cute and diverse. Simple yet elegant. It doesn’t matter how big my order is, it’s like they treat it with priority. I always receive my products super fast and faultless. One time i had placed an order that also included a product that was no longer in stock. They found out, reimbursed and also gave me a discount for my next purchase as a way to make things right. Overal a great brand and worth every penny!! I have used and washed sooooo many products sooooooo many times. I have a baby and a toddler and everything looks just as great as when it came in.

I always enjoy shopping on KS. The pages are simple, the product descriptions are detailed, and the sizes are accurate. The logistics are especially fast! Even when shipping to Poland, I usually receive my package in 2-4 days. This is the brand I’ve been using since my baby was born, and now, at 1.5 years old, Konges Sloejd is still my absolute favourite and makes up a large part of his wardrobe. I love the beautiful, quirky style and, most importantly, how soft and comfortable the materials feel. The sizing is generous, which is a big plus too. According to the carrier, a request was made to change the delivery details of the shipment. Unfortunately, this is not something we have control over once the delivery has been changed, but we have of course taken the matter further with the carrier to investigate what has happened.
