When you go in to booked a flight the problem I find other people are waiting to be served which means your consultant is in a hurry to serve you .you don't get to asked questions as this may take more time the consultant does not like that you can see that in her facil expression,this trip I booked to the Philippines I thought the girl had me going with Qantas but when I got home and checked she had me with Philippine air and had me landing at terminal 1 which is not what I wanted ,I not happy.thanks for your time by

DO NOT USE FLIGHT CENTRE GORDON — completely incompetent and unprofessional AN ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT

We used Flight Centre because we trusted them to take care of the details and avoid the stress of a long international trip. Instead, their incompetence created the problems.
They failed to provide important information, failed to properly manage our booking, and ignored our repeated attempts to get urgent assistance while we were overseas.
What should have been an exciting family holiday turned into an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating experience because of their incompetent and unprofessional service, lack of communication and complete lack of accountability.
We deeply regret trusting Flight Centre Gordon with our trip. Save yourself the stress, time and money — book elsewhere.

The Gladstone branch and particularly Elaine is excellent to deal with.

Matt listened to our requirements, did a lot of research, and met our deadlines with courtesy and humour.

I have booked 2 trips with FC and Nicole’s both times. She is nothing but amazing and the help and advise and professional as are all the other staff members at Erina.

The service was just like awesome, the officer she explained everything to me and offered an excellent benefit (insurance)

As always Shay looked after us well. We were prrssed for time to get our booking in and Shay was on to it. We are going!

A few weeks ago, I was sitting outside the Kalamunda, WA store for about 10 mins waiting for someone, I thought I would pop in and make some general enquires with the flight Centre, as there had been no customers in the store all the time I was waiting. When entering I was told that no one could help me as I needed to book an appointment which I could do online (not even an offer to book an appointment). The staff were sitting around doing nothing. Today I walked past the store & it was closed, although the website states it is open till 5pm.

My consultant Stacey was amazing from the time I booked my River Cruise last year. Booked flights, then the conflict in Iran happened, booked another flight for just in case. Conflict supposed to have ended, cancelled 2nd flight, 3 days later Conflict started again, rebooked cancelled flight, cancelled original flight, made changes to transport pick up from airport to accn and return. All these changes and 100 questions from me was NOT an issue or a problem for Stacey. She above and beyond to make sure my trip went smoothly.
All bookings were done via email only, payment was so easy and flawless. Would not use any other consultant or travel agent. Flight Centre, efficient, friendly, professional and no stress to you the client. 110% recommend FC

We went back to our favourite travel agent (Fede) @ Macquarie Centre & booked a trip to Europe.
She is so professional, knowedgable & friendly.

I always use Flight Centre for my travel needs. It makes me feel confident that wherever in the world I am, if something goes wrong help is not far away. And even though I research everything myself Flight Centre book everything seamlessly and often find products at a cheaper rate. All the staff I have dealt with have been great, knowledgeable and friendly. Five stars from me!
