Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. The website initially starts in French or English, which is helpful, but after a short time many pages suddenly switch to Dutch (Flemish). This makes the shopping experience frustrating and, at some points, almost impossible to understand and continue.

For an online store serving customers across Belgium, language consistency should be a basic requirement. Navigating the site became so difficult that I gave up trying to complete my order.

I was also surprised by the amount of personal information requested during the registration process, including my date of birth. Sharing sensitive personal and payment information online requires a high level of trust, and this experience did not inspire confidence.

Based on my experience, I can only give 1 star. The website needs significant improvements in usability, language settings, and customer confidence before I would consider using it again.This version is more likely to be accepted by review platforms and taken seriously by other customers.

have been a longtime customer, not anymore

have been a longtime customer; never had trouble UNTIL now and the bpost strike

it is your job to check whether your suppliers can fulfill what you've promised

missing deliveries, having people wait, and then instead of apologising, offering coupons for discounts, making sure you assure people it won't happen again, you're rude...pfff

will switch to other companies with polite customer care

I had some issues ordering from…

I had some issues ordering from Farmaline.be because some of the feedbacks were not very complimenting. But later I remembered that I have seen their advertisment online and that made me order. I ordered in Saturday 8pm and I received the order today Monday at 1 PM. The order is exactly what I ordered. I am happy with their speed. I do recommend the site.

They want your information

Shady company. Likely sells your information.

Any connections from VPNs are blocked, I’ve tried various. ProtonVPN, SurfShark, Nord, WindScribe..

Even the app doesn’t work, straight up nothing loads.

Never seen a service so aggressively block VPNs. I like my privacy, you don’t need to know everything about me.

And PS, VPNs do not block a service from being functional (ie placing orders or connecting to payment providers), so don’t believe the gaslighting.
