2 stars and not 1 because of the initial customer service experience when I ordered the wrong size and they responded quickly; however, after paying for shipping of the new size, they sent me the wrong one, and now don't want to exchange it for the correct one

have been a longtime customer; never had trouble UNTIL now and the bpost strike
it is your job to check whether your suppliers can fulfill what you've promised
missing deliveries, having people wait, and then instead of apologising, offering coupons for discounts, making sure you assure people it won't happen again, you're rude...pfff
will switch to other companies with polite customer care
