Extremely poor and unreliable service. Paid 25 euros to have my order delivered by DHL by a set date and not only was the deadline missed but they have still not handed the parcel over to DHL. I have just opened a litigation case with Paypal and am still waiting for the parcel to arrive...

Be very careful of this company. The courier they used for delivery went to an incorrect address and lost my parcel. I have a GPS screen shot from the courier company proving this. I requested a refund due to non delivery which the customer is entitled to under EU consumer law but Viata refused. I eventually had to raise a dispute with PayPal and Viata did not engage so I have now escalated it to a claim with PayPal and all Viata have done is send PayPal the tracking link which states 'delivered' notwithstanding the fact that the courier company admitted to me that the courier went to the wrong address and I had spent days emailing Viata trying to get this into their heads. This company needs to be held accountable and reminded of their obligations under EU consumer law.
1st order - I checked if the products are on stock as they are very responsive on chat. They know how to speak and to engage with the customers. The agent could not guarantee the delivery in 2 days but I took the risk as all the products were on stock. The delivery with DPD was perfect. I will choose them instead of bpost whenever I can. Good services so far. I will order again.
