Super happy customer experience

I have ordered Bulgar yoghurt gist. There were two small packages inside my order. I tried the first package and the result was not good. I informed the company about my negative feedback. Without even asking for a refund, they sent the full money back. I was not expecting. Then, I have tried the second package more carefully this time. The result was fantastic. So, I asked them to share an IBAN for me to do the payment again. I am super happy with their respect to customers. Thanks a lot.

A present promised, but not sent!

I was always satisfied with the products I bought.
But this time, they promised to include a present, but I didn't get it. As I complained, they told me they had no more presents to offer, but I would get one with my next order. So they dwing me to buy again in order to get a present. And the present they promised, I will never get it! This is not fair!

Ik betreur ten zeerste te horen dat de levering van uw pakket niet naar wens was. 
Fijn dat u ons dit laat weten, dit zal dan ook door ons gemeld worden bij de desbetreffende departementen, zodoende zulke situaties in de toekomst te voorkomen.
Indien u liever niet meer met Bpost wenst te werken, heeft u nog de mogelijkheid om een andere koerierdienst te kiezen bij een volgende bestelling.
Mijn oprechte excuses voor het ongemak dat u ondervonden heeft.

A long time customer with Farmaline, bad experience of bpost

A long time customer with Farmaline, but recent purchase experience is not good at all. Famaline uses Bpost to deliver goods, but Bpost can't do its job correctly. Bpost told me they can't reach me because I was not at home at delivery time. However I was at home all day long, with my partener, no one rang our bell, and no one left any message in our mailbox. Bpost just lied, they did nothing. Bpost also told me to retrieve the package by myself, which is put far away from my home. I don't understand why they don't put the package at the pickup points that are close to my home. Of course, I can't negotiate with Bpost, have to accept what they decide. I try to get refund from Farmaline, due to the bad experice from Bpost, but Farmaline rejected, and told me to retrieve the package by myself. Ok, I have to waste 1.5 hours to get this fk thing done due to a lying company.
If I have no choice other than Bpost as delivery, I may switch to another pharmacy.
