never give a star because my tax never lodged i have receive my tax from other agent and i have 100%full refund but this agent they cancel my tax because the visa i was under but they never know every visa is difference status.

My experience with them was very EZY! Highly recommended. Last financial year I owed the government 3800 but this financial year I got about 500 back. Thanks to their service. The person assigned to me took care of it within a couple of days. Since I recently moved to Australia and still not confident doing this myself, I am grateful how easy it was and speedy with them.
