Paid three times because of a failure…

Paid three times because of a failure in their backend. Did not receive a refund or, at least, three products. Wrote two messages to the support but they ghosted me.

Seems like a fraud. Not the first time they asked for another payment because the first „wasn’t processed“

Very poor service, the parcel has been in "sorting process" for 3 weeks almost a whole month, only response i got from customer support was to basically wait even more.
