Yes, i did receive my "peptides" but they were fake. No effects whatsoever.
Secondly. My purchase was 120 euros but they drew 140 euros from my card which according to my bank ended up in NIGERIA!
Thirdly. Today someone took an extra 120 euros from my card. I highly suspect these are the same criminals since this is my only foreign cardpayment this year. The withdraw is specified as "BULGARIA".
Lastly. Their costumer service does not reply to anything so STAY AWAY!!!!

Warning – Zero customer service and no refund!
I ordered items that unfortunately never arrived in Switzerland and were returned to the shop. I was then promised a full refund. That was over four weeks ago.
Since then, I have been waiting in vain for my money. They completely ignore countless messages and follow-ups via email and WhatsApp—the customer service is completely ghosting me. I am now forced to take legal action and open a payment dispute through my bank.
Absolutely do not recommend buying here. Very unprofessional behavior!

Disappointing
As others have said, customer service/support is exceptionally poor, and in my case, pretty rude too. It's been 4 weeks now and I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. I'm not holding my breath for a quality product either, unfortunately, so I definitely won't be back.

Very nice Shop(s), fast & reliable!
I think all the Biolabshops belong together... But nevertheless - this one is:
• deliveries come from Poland, but still are lighting fast at your door
• friendly
• has a huge variety of products for 'experimental purposes' to choose from
• has mostly reasonable prices
• the products are from the finest quality
I'll surely order again, nice shop!
