1 star – ERLI does not seem to protect the buyer when something goes wrong
I bought a hedge trimmer on ERLI which was advertised as a 36V model and came with two batteries.
After receiving the product, I checked the batteries myself. They were only around 20V, not 36V as advertised. On top of that, one of the two batteries did not work at all.
I contacted ERLI and was instructed to send the product back. I did so immediately. The tracking information shows that the seller received the returned package the following day. That was approximately 10 days ago.
Since then, I have been trying to get my money back. The communication from ERLI has been extremely limited. I have now received another message saying that ERLI will "ask the seller once again to respond."
That is all.
I have already returned a defective product, the seller has had it for around 10 days, and I still do not have my money back. Meanwhile, ERLI appears to simply wait for the seller to respond.
This is extremely disappointing. When everything goes well, an online marketplace is easy to use. The real test is what happens when a customer receives a defective or incorrectly described product. In my experience, ERLI has not provided the protection or effective support I expected from a marketplace.
I would strongly recommend that ERLI improve its customer protection and take much more responsibility when sellers fail to resolve legitimate complaints.

Very disappointing experience.
It took this company two weeks just to ship my order, which was frustrating enough. Then, when it finally arrived, they had sent me the wrong product. They didn't even provide an order number, just a delivery tracking number.
Mistakes can happen, but long shipping delays combined with incorrect order fulfillment show a lack of quality control and customer care.
I have contacted the company and requested that they either send me the products I actually ordered or issue a full refund. I hope they resolve this promptly, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend them.
They do not reply to emails, and overall, it was a terrible shopping experience.
