It’s been a month if not longer and still no product. All I keep hearing is it on its way to check the tracking it’s still stuck in Los Angeles. I think this is a scam and they should refund my money. Otherwise I am going to let everybody I know that this is a scam. My order number is 89680.

SCAMMERS! If I could give 0 stars I would. I receiceved the initial package, but have not received any others since then. They charge me 40$ per month on a subscription, but when i try to "manage my subscription" on their website - from the link THEY EMAILED ME! - they tell me my subscription doesn't exist. Yet they happily take 40$ a month from me. There is no human to speak to or email, and no way to cancel. 100% scam

I really don't like it.
I usually can handle different but I haven't been able to say i like this.

I have tried most of the other brands of mushroom coffee. The Erth brand mushroom coffee has been the first that I experienced a noticeable improvement right away to my energy levels and mental clarity. As for the taste, Erth blend is by far number one.
For improving your product, I would recommend making Erth brand available in a larger quantity container at a lower cost.

The taste was great and I was excited for the process. My bag is almost finished which means I’m more than 20 days in and I have seen no flatter stomach results. I am ridiculously bloated every night, more than before. My second bag has arrived and hesitant to continue.

I ordered once and I got charge for another unauthorised order. I co ntacted as soon as I saw a charge but does not want to refund. They just sign you up for auto subsription and when i said i dont want., they just t say it has been shipped blah blah. Plus you the orixe is in AUD then you get charge more because they convert it to US. Misleading, total scam!!!

I ordered from Erthlabs two months ago, and my order finally arrived just days ago. My attempt to cancel my subscription was a complete disaster. The website repeatedly asked me to confirm my email to send a cancellation link, only to return an error every time. I felt trapped while they continued charging my account for another month. In frustration, I had to contact my bank to block them.

After receiving my order, I reached out to customer support to officially cancel my subscription. Instead of resolving my issue, they sent me the same flawed cancellation link, leading to the same technical problems I had faced before. I followed up again, but to my dismay, discovered their customer support is run by an AI agent, leaving me with no real help.

I strongly advise against doing business with Erthlabs. They don’t deserve a single star!

Not as strong as I would have liked but very smooth taste. I enjoyed the product.

Ordered and paid for this product on 12 Aug 2026 in the amount of $52. I never received it. I reached out to Customer Service and got a form email. I still don't have what I paid for more than three weeks ago. I will be disputing the charges on Monday.

I was declined because of my credit card. I have had no trouble using it elsewhere. Maybe it’s not to be. At any rate I did find another similar item that I will be using for awhile.so I may try again at a later date. Thank you.

i just recieved my kit after contacting company inquiring about delay of delivery after the funds were withdrawarn from my account on aug. 24. and not recieving my products- i ordered kit plus extra bag of coffee. I enjoy the taste of the coffee but i didnt recieve the stickers .in the kit which is ok..i just ordered several different mushroom coffee kits to compare ...and the book was also missing..

Worst business I have encountered. This business is an unprofessional business, and will likely disappear in under a year.I purchased the product, disliked it, went to return it well before the 45 day risk free guarantee period and was told that 'we no longer have this policy'......it's currently plastered all over their site. Complete scam, unfortunately I fell victim.

I haven't received either of my orders (signed up for subscription) and I can't seem to get an email response from anyone but the AI bot. Beginning to think Erth is a scam. Order at your own risk.
