So far so good. I made a mistake with my address since I just moved only a couple of months ago and the response was good on making sure my order was updated. I feel confident I was taken care of.

sneaky repeat order
I didn't realise the system was NOT clearly showing a repeat ordering of not one but 2 bags. I wanted to just try a couple of bags and yet I am still struggling to appreciate the taste of it. I do not feel the benefits distinctly...tbh

Close to immediate response w/ answers &/or alternative choices to my inquiry.

This is a very good coffee, the taste is excellent, doesn’t have a gritty taste, but smooth! Like regular coffee and it gives me a little extra boost in the morning

The coffee tastes good, but I haven’t used it enough to notice any benefits. Just about 2-3 weeks.

What I am not happy about is that I was sent, and paid $75 for, another 2 packages of it without having any knowledge that I would receive repeat deliveries, especially before finishing my first two packages.

I was able to cancel the subscription but not before the second batch was sent to me.

So beware!

I ordered the product over 3 weeks ago and I have not received it. It shows still at the beginning stage of the shipping process.

Never Ever buy from this company, they are the sneakiest company that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. When buying the starter pack, I specifically checked to ensure that it was not a subscription order. I found out later when funds were deducted from my account that they had "somehow" set up a subscription order.
Needless to say, I was totally pissed off. Thankfully I managed to get the subscription cancelled, and my funds refunded, but only after numerous attempts as their site does not make it easy to do so. I also encountered some problems when trying to unsubscribe from their emails, the unsubscribe button is not clearly visible (super sneaky company for sure :(

I like that your coffee doesn't taste like dirt. I also like the fact that it doesn't give me the jitters. I can actually have a cup before I go to work and it doesn't bother me or upset my stomach like regular coffee. It's helping with some of the brain fog. The best part is even my doctor is on board with me having it. Thank you

Placed an order, first timer.
It's almost a month and still haven't received my order, tried tracking it- no updated information. The website doesn't offer to be contacted. It's a scam!

Not much flavor as a “coffee”. With a bit of cocoa it would be perhaps regarded as a “healthy” hot cocoa drink.

I bought your coffee on August 14th and still have not received anything. What's going on. It shouldn't take that long to send me your coffee.

This might be the worse company customer service I have ever had the trouble of dealing with. Absolute ZERO stars if I could.

I have tried Joey's, Mud Water, Ryze and another one that I can't think of the name at the moment. Erth is by far the best one yet. Up until I tried Erth, Joey's was my favorite, but I have a new favorite now😍

I have now been charged $75.95 for products that were not authorized and have already sent a message regarding this which has not been acknowleged by Erth Labs. I have reported it to my bank as a disputed unauthorized charge with the intent of receiving a full refund. Today a package arrived with product that was not authorized. The negative relviews of your company regarding this same issue a numerous. I will be adding mine immediately after sending this additional complaint about your devious marketing efforts. Erth Labs is not an honest company and cannot be trusted. Buyers beware!

I purchased the coffee and received a 6.35 oz package instead of the advertised 8.07 oz bag that was advertised, and I didn't receive the guide or the sticker (which I didn't have a problem with). I reached out to Erth Lab, and they responded within a few days. They apologized and sent me the guide and the sticker, but they did not explain the 2 oz difference in the bag of coffee I received. I emailed them back, saying I love the coffee and would like to keep purchasing it, but I didn't want to pay for an 8.07 oz bag and receive less than what I paid for and what was advertised. I haven't heard from them again (it's been 3 days now). The coffee is great, but I should receive what I pay for, not a bag with almost 2 oz of coffee missing. I don't want free product, but at least give me a discount for the missing ounces or something; after all, coffee isn't cheap.

This company is a fraud. They do not answer communications, have-no listed telephone and continue to charge monthly for "subscriptions". My credit card company has stopped their charges. Avoid getting trapped.
