Service is fine, once you get past the bots
After a bewildering number of emails, my simple request to confirm that I have ONE subscription for $29/mo was answered with words by a human. (Three previous responses were just boilerplate nonsense that I assume was a bot.)

The food noise quieting down in under a month is actually a great early sign that the adaptogens are starting to work. The bigger shifts in energy, sleep and cortisol typically come at weeks 4-6 with consistent daily use, so you're right on track!
On the taste — try using a little less ice and stirring vigorously, or mix with a splash of cold milk for a richer, stronger flavor. A heaped scoop instead of a level one can also make a noticeable difference!
We'd love to see that review updated at the one month mark. ☕
Charged me $100 on an order I had canceled…
I usually drink decaf but I tried this because of the mushroom Blends it was way too strong and made me quite ill. When I was notified that my subscription was coming up although I had ordered 90 servings they shipped another order in 30 days while I still had two unopened bags I was instructed to return all five bags for a refund and they withheld over $100. The company has been unresponsive or gave conflicting information I wound up filing a PayPal dispute and I still do not have my $100 I wouldn't trust them at all if you want to try it buy it through Amazon where they can guarantee you your money back above all do not get a subscription.
In regard to Habit One's response the PayPal dispute was closed and I waited two more weeks for them to Fiddle Faddle around and not do anything I refiled the dispute and I know for a fact that a PayPal dispute can be resolved by the seller by simply refunding thru PP and the dispute will close.

When you reached out on June 15th, we responded the very next day, cancelled your subscription immediately and sent a prepaid return label for all unopened bags at no cost to you. We were clear that your refund would be processed as soon as we received the items back.
A PayPal dispute was opened before the return process had a chance to complete. When an active dispute is in place, PayPal handles the resolution — we are legally prevented from issuing a separate refund simultaneously, as this would risk a double payment. This is standard PayPal policy, not a decision we made.
We understand this process felt slow and frustrating, and we are genuinely sorry the product caused you discomfort. However we acted in good faith at every step and provided every tool needed to resolve this quickly.
For anyone considering HabitONE — we stand behind our products and our customers. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and returns are always handled with a prepaid label.

I love the coffee , if it didn't take so long to get here or was a little cheap but I would really love it even more
I love the coffee it got here on time. It may of taken a little longer than I thought it should but it's got here and I like the mushroom coffee.
Any problem is I can only buy one a month and that's gone in a week cuz I drink more than four cups a day . If it was a little cheaper you had some deals on it . Buy more I have to decide between the costly or medicine I need to take for food and unfortunately the coffee loses out .

It didn't do anything for me. I got a terrible stomach ache after a week. Quit drinking it since it also didn't taste good. Sorry it is just another gimmick. Sticking to my regular organ rainforest blend that I absolutely love. Hopefully this works for others,surely hope so

Ok so now I also just got hooked on the collagen creamer. I love both the coffee and the creamer honestly is putting it lightly this is life changing the best of the best. Its all I need to get rid of syptoms I didn't even know a woman can get lol. Glowing skin, calmness I didn't know I could have, no weird ear fluttering, don't smell cigarettes randomly anymore etc... The product is not to bad so far but still too early to tell.
Shipping is horrible and customer service is very lacking. Did not get xtras except for creamer which i could overlook if product is good but customer service and shipping being so bad makes me consider canceling subscription. Ordered June 3rd received June 18th.
