AVOID! Very bad service, no personal contact

Totally anonymous service, with no willingness to solve a delivery. The parcel I ordered was re-routed from their terminal in Malmö, back to the Vinted seller in Poland... No call to me or anything, just a short sms letting me know they aborted the delivery. Not even a single try to deliver.
And no possibility for me to talk to a customer service person, only a mail-format landing in outer space.
The item I ordered was really needed now = VERY disappointed in EarlyBird.
