Serious and fast, I recommend

I ordered my pc Thursday afternoon and received it Tuesday. The cable management was great. I bought the graphics card myself elsewhere and they had even prepared the cables for that for me. Everything was fast and very easy. The pc works great, I'm very satisfied.

The delivery was quick in 1 and a half weeks. I reviewed the PC, the assembly is really clean and the packaging is really neat and secure.
I took a 4070ti, it was not assembled (which is specified in the order) and it was carefully packaged and very well protected.
They give us all the component boxes which means we have all the refs and manuals.
I honestly recommend it, it's my first PC and I bought it from them, everything is great

The option to receive the GPU separately and assembling it at home was one of the key points that made me trust Dubaro.
They sent all the empty boxes from the boxed components, which I found extraordinary.

The PC came with detached radiator on the South Bridge. I found the pin that should how it, in the box of the mother board. Also there is a scratch next to one of the bolts holding the MB to the case. After multiple emails, pictures of the problem and 48h. No response from Dubaro support and there is no connection to the general phone number listed on their site> contacts.

I warn against this subcontractor. Old parts are cheated into new computers. I was delivered an obviously defective part, but the company remotely claims it is correct. Although there is a legal right to repair, this company tries to refuse. The technicians are completely clueless, make meaningless suggestions and don't care. Now the company is trying to break off contact. Definitely don't buy here!

They delivered the custom PC I ordered for myself very quickly, and they did a meticulous work doing it. The cable management in the case was amazing and the only thing I had to do was to put the GPU in.

They also send you emails on a regular interval with all status updates regarding your order. Can highly recommend!

I think there is something for everyone here. People who know a lot about PCs can put one together themselves and those who don't know much about it can buy a pre-built PC like me. I'm happy, it arrived quickly and works very well

Third command on the website, the first two were OK.
On this one, the parcel seems lost and I can't get any information from DHL. I send a message to Dubaro.de with the contact form, 7 days ago, didn't get any response. I know that they are not responsible of the delivery, but it's not professionnal to not respond to my demand.

When the PC was first sent to me, the mainboard and the graphics card were defective, so that the monitor output consisted of green dots. Since I sent the PC back myself, I was not reimbursed for the return. When I received the repaired PC back, new defects were discovered: because the PC was simply sent in a cardboard box, the pc-casing was damaged. In addition, one of the fans did not work because the wiring had gone wrong during the first repair. I was sent a new fan as a replacement, which did not fit. All in all, the whole email correspondence was very time-consuming. Unfortunately, I had to repair the individual defects on the PC myself, which was also time-consuming. I cannot recommend this online shop at all. Especially since after the first repair, which was due to a defect for which I am not responsible, the guarantee expires.

I heard about Dubaro from a lot of people and people really recommend it. I honestly do not know why.

in 2022, I ordered a PC and in few days, Graphics card started creating problems. So i returned the PC as they could not figure out the problem remotely and I needed something fast.

in June 2023, i trusted them again (believing that It could not happen again). i ordered my PC and it could not even turn on. I had to take out each part and plug it in again to turn it on. Then it started having problem with ram on next day. So I had to sent it back to get it fix and they said it will take 2-3 weeks to fix the issue.

I mean what the hell. Today is 21.07.2023 (1 month after I placed my order) and I do not have any update. I asked them to cancel my order and return my money. They said yes but I have not recieved the money for 1 week now. No email , nothing.

Service is bad. If I have to do so much gymnastics to get a PC working, I will just build it myself. If you call them, it takes 15-30 mins to get someone on call and then they just say "Send us the PC" . what service is this, that If you have a problem, you just have to send your PC with correct packaging and then wait 2-3 weeks(not including the delivery time) to get it back. what are you supposed to do between this time?

I guess its like a coin toss. they do not even cross check what they are building.

Computer is delivered, I plug it in, it doesn’t POST (start). CPU led is one (the motherboard sees it as faulty). I request assistance and no answer for 3 days. What an experience for a 2000€ purchase…

Update: computer has been sent again 5 weeks later and now works. It ends well but the experience is still far from perfect:
- support in German only
- no follow-up on reparations or new shipping date
- parcel showed up in front of my door by surprise without any email or call? Glad it was not stollen because I wouldn’t have known
