I ordered something off Gloura

I ordered something off Gloura. I only wanted the item once. The next month this company too £26 out of my account and sent me more item. I hadn't even used the first lot as it was rubbish and greasy. I have emailed 7 times. No response. I have litery had to contact my bank to stop Gloura taking any more money. There is no where I can find to return item and no email response. Complete scam . Keep away

We are Glowora, not Gluara. We do not currently offer any subscription service, and we also do not charge customers in British Pounds (£). Based on the details in your review, it appears this may have been intended for a different company.

I still havent heard from glowora even…

I still havent heard from glowora even though i updated my contact details as requested by trustpilot i also emailed them on every email that is related to glowora and not one reply so my very poor review was totally justified like i said in my 1st review i would rather give no stars. TOTAL CRAP WEBSITE.

Please be aware that you do not get scammed into a subscription

Please be aware of this company when ordering things because you get signed up to a subscription which I was not aware of and they started taking payments from my account. I notified them the same day. Got a response the following day and told me they had already shipped my products, which was very upsetting as I did not want any further products from them so please be aware that you do not get scammed into a subscription

Bedankt voor het delen van je ervaring. We willen graag duidelijk maken dat Glowora geen abonnementen aanbiedt en ook geen terugkerende betalingen verwerkt. Het lijkt erop dat hier sprake is van een verwarring met een ander bedrijf. We vinden het vervelend dat dit voor onrust heeft gezorgd en raden aan om de afschrijving goed te controleren zodat duidelijk wordt van welke partij deze afkomstig is.

25 days no update on my order

Order on the 29th of March! Did not receive my order , it has been more than 18 days ! No help , no assistance, nothing! Tried to contact client service! No reply no update … very bad !!! News I still did not receive it!!!

I am a 56 year old

I am a 56 year old, post menopausal woman and I have been using Glowora for over three weeks now and I can see and feel a drastic change in my skin. Fine lines are definitely less, my skin is firmer and looks healthy. This product is "magic" in a tube.
