Unable to deliver/Forced to buy other product
I ordered shoes. In order to receive discount I had to order two other products that I didn't need. Galeria received payment and promptly messaged that they couldn't deliver the shoes. The other products were now sold and they forced me to purchase something else.
MY FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE WITH GALERIA.DE!
When I sent messages about this issue, Galeria kept forcing me. "We are certain that you will find another product in our broad range...". I am stuck with three expensive items that I don't need at all.

I went to Galeria Kaufhof at Marienplatz in München on 23 December. Of course, it was very busy. I bought
some items in the grocery section downstairs. I didn’t have to wait very long and the cashier was very friendly.

Everyday thinking it is the last time
I think, Galeria has a lot of margin to improve. I go on a regular basis in kudamm, but it is really a sad view. There is no will to innovate, always the same stuff and this parking space is really horrible and expensive. There is possibility to spend less for parking,but workers do not help that much. The online shop is really outdated, nothing to do with a modern online shop. Please look what other companies do with their apps and shops and how many nice coupons and events they organize. I was for many years a Karstadt customer, but I am losing hope. This is 2025, not the 90s, you need to change your mind and approach to this business. This time I avoided to visit the shop at Christmas, because it is too sad for me to see how things are going worse e

Missing product in purchase, no customer service response
I bought an Armani Fluid Sheer Glow Enhancer Nr 8 at Galeria Düsseldorf (Königsallee branch) on June 07, 2025. Unfortunately, the product was not placed in the bag, and I only noticed after arriving in Berlin. I sent multiple emails to customer service but received no response.
Very disappointed with the lack of response from a major brand like Galeria. Please contact me immediately.

Nowhere to sit in Düsseldorf
Nowhere to sit in Düsseldorf! My wife shops, shows and I pay. She can be shopping for up to an hour before she shows for approval ( or not )! If there is nowhere to sit comfortably and wait while the shopper is shopping, then we will go elsewhere to spend our money!!! You have to think it through…

Friendly shop full of great quality goods. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I can get everything I need in one shop.Unfortunately, the Augsburg branch was closed so now I have to travel to Munich!
