Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the quality of the clothing. The button was completely broken and came off the front of the garment, despite the fabric and backing still being intact. I contacted customer service about the issue but unfortunately received no response. Very disappointing, especially for a new item.

I ordered two dresses for two separate events. They were much nicer quality than expected! I loved the bold and bright colours, and all the different options that fit all shapes and sizes. Very happy with my purchase, will be looking to purchase some more - thank you

I give it two stars because the delivery was fast especially being last minute. The material is tacky , I’m pretty sure they buy their clothes from shein and resell them but more expensive. The day I wore the dress was the same day it ripped just above the split near my ass , the split was already high enough as it is, which is ridiculous they might as well show my ass. The rip was so sudden all I did was adjust my dress coming out of the van and it ripped which you would think it wouldn’t considering its price of almost $100 for that dress. I literally have to ask a server at the function we were at, if they had anything I can glue it together , they were kind enough to provide a stapler and that held it together for the whole 4 hours I was out , it held on more than that cheap thread that was holding the dress together. Anyways before you buy dresses online read the reviews and trust them.

I not sure where all these reviews have come from but I ordered a dress returned it and still waiting since July for store credit honestly very poor will not be ordering again …..they should send you a gift card to use straight away please be careful this is honest feedback

I have been backward and forward with emails now you want to give me a store credit having to spend £30 in delivery costs just seems delay after delay and if I hadn’t answer this review it would be taken down i thought trustpilot was for a fair review

I purchased three dresses from Billy J, and one of the main reasons I felt comfortable ordering several options was their advertised return policy, which stated that eligible full-price items could be returned within 7 days for a refund to the original payment method.

I contacted Billy J within 6 days of delivery because I wanted to return two dresses. However, their online returns portal only offered store credit and gave me no option for a refund.

I emailed customer service several times and received no response. This was particularly frustrating because their refund period is so short, yet there was no timely customer service available to resolve an issue with their own returns portal.

I was also disappointed with the quality and finishing of two of the dresses compared with how they appeared in the product photos.

I eventually had to contact PayPal for assistance. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not purchase from Billy J again.

Exceptional customer service. I have recently been both in store and to the warehouse through click and collect. Both times, staff have been so helpful and my click and collect was super quick! Items are stunning too.

I shop with BillyJ regularly and have always had a great experience. The quality is consistently excellent, orders arrive as expected, and I’ve never had any issues with my purchases. Their customer service is reliable and the whole shopping experience is easy and enjoyable.
I also really appreciate the thoughtful little extras, like occasionally receiving wine vouchers ;) It’s such a lovely unexpected touch and makes me feel genuinely valued as a returning customer. The Kylie off-the-shoulder black dress is a total winner. It fits like a glove, hugs curves in all the right places, and the soft, stretchy fabric feels amazing.

Not only is the dress i bought amazing material, it didn't have that gross new smell, true to size, price range for the quality of the dress is amazing!! absolutely no flaws!

I received my order promptly. The dresses I purchased were more prettier in person. I have recently lost a few kilos and it was really nice to try on some dresses that looked nice on me. It was definitely the highlight of my day.

I had a bad experience when my parcel got lost on the way however the customer service was so accomodating and kept me updated and since there was no traceability as to where is my parcel, the have given me a voucher to compensate the lost.
