Disappointing is an understatement
After two weeks of no indication the order was being processed I tried many emails and telephone calls .
I was given a variety of reasons for no indication which were somewhat contradictory of each other
My final interaction with a customer service officer was when she told me everyine else was patiently waiting to hear about their order
I requested a refund which I did receive
I wont be ordering online with Bhumi again

Absolutely terrible experience. I spent $500+ on my order, and almost a month later, parts of my order still haven’t even shipped. Customer service has been frustrating, and the sale was advertised as “5 hours only” but was then extended for a full week despite them clearly not being able to handle the orders.
I’ve now had to request a full refund and cancel my orders. Completely unacceptable.

Absolutely loving my Bhumi bedding! The organic cotton flannelette is incredibly soft and cosy, and I love how breathable it feels. The quality and neutral design are beautiful too. Such a lovely addition to our bedroom and we don’t wanna leave our bed!

What a joke
What a joke! If it can be zero it will be zero. Promised an exchange at end of July, did not hear anything from them. I had to followed up cos I saw they were having a sale and viola, no stock!! Mind due the original purchase was back in February! And... this is the second request of exchange, they first approved it as the stock are available and after a few weeks not hearing anything, they finally sent the barcode for returning when the stock was returned, after a few weeks, got an email from them that there is no stock available and promised an exchange in July. What a joke!

The sleep sack is definitely not worth the price they are charging. Quality is not good. Tried it and moved around only to have one of the seams rip. Should be reinforced. I provided feedback as requested for their website byt it’s not been included in their promos. Do not pay full price. Even the sale price is too much for this very thin and are quality organic cotton sheet.

I honestly don’t think I realised how much of a difference good pyjamas could make until I tried Bhumi.
They’re ridiculously soft and cosy, and I love knowing they’re made from organic cotton and in Fairtrade factories. But what I’ve noticed most is the difference when I put on a cheaper pair after wearing these. You can genuinely feel it! The softness, the quality and just how much more comfortable they are.
I’m definitely a convert. Once you’ve worn good quality PJs, it’s really hard to go back. 😂🤎

Immoral business practices
I purchased nearly $400 worth of in stock bedding that was stated to take 3-5 business days to arrive to me. I got an order confirmation email confirming these details.
I did not hear another thing for many weeks so after attempting contact, I requested a chargeback as I required new bedding.
My bank approved the chargeback and I went on to purchase other bedding from another company.. which arrived the day after I ordered.
Fast forward another month.. and my bank informs me that Bhumi has challenged my chargeback. This is for an item ordered in June. An item that on my Bhumi account states as cancelled and that was never sent.. they are now attempting to get the money for a product they did not provide.
This company can not fulfill bedding orders as they state and are immoral in business.
