The boxers are the best and most comfortable I've ever worn. To top this off I ordered the wrong socks and customer support was ace. Sent them back and as soon as I sent a photo of my returns along with the tracking number, they posted out my replacement same day.

I purchased bikini briefs but they are more like full briefs. They come up to my tummy button with a wide expanse of material to the side of my leg. They cover such a lot they are far more like a full briefs.
Disappointing

I had high hopes for this product , but sadly in reality it didnt happen , initially the buying process is fine, no issues, underwear delivered quickly , but my oh my, the sizing is nowhere near correct. 2XL is described as fitting 43-45 inches , but in fact using a tape measure the size was actually 34/ 36 inches , so got in touch as they send you another pair if they dont fit. so messaged them, They barely reply , you have to keep bombarding them to get any response. Eventually got response and asked for a different size to be replaced , so this time i ordered 3xl . 46/49 inch waist. This pair arrived and measures 36 inches , So once again, they dont fit. As they wont replace the second pair , i thought i would try to see if i could put up with the wrong size (im normally a 40-42 waste ) Alas , no , too tight , the described "pouch " is non existent, As an older guy i was hoping that the testicles would be snugly in the pouch, but no , loose down there , yet waist and rest of the boxer is too tight . basically it feels like you are in a pair of tight fitting containment pants, I managed to keep them on for a day , but towards the end of the day , i was glad to remove them. if you do order a pair , you need to go 2 sizes up from what you usually have. Also the seam inside is large around the perineum and caused chafing after 9 hours of wear. Extremely disappointed with the product. I dont recommend at all.

Is it just me or is anyone else fed up with getting bombarded to write reviews on anything they buy?
Invite me to review the product on the confirmation of purchase and leave it there. Please don't chase me down the street asking me continually how is it? I got a request to review email immediately after I purchased, how can I review a product I haven't yet received! Then continual reminders to review.
