I had a problem with the brush; nearly two years after I bought it. The ‚boomers‘ reacted immediately and I got a tipp. With this idea my brush works as before - very, very, good service!!

Turns on at random times and will not stop buzzing and keeping us out of our sleep. Got a replacement and it does the same thing. Seems like negligence to have something so mess up so bad.

Save electricity and brush your teeth in style with result
My motivation to buy Boombrush was the langlasting battery, to save electricity and it is handy during hiking trips. But I am also very happy with stylish design and the soft but effective brushing. My teeth feel very clean and it so much friendlier for the gums. The delivery was fast, the packaging beautiful and my question for the customer service was answered almost instantly. Thank you for the extra step service you provided. I can certainly recommend the Boombrush!

I’m really impressed with this toothbrush! Not only is it incredibly effective at cleaning with handy pulses and settings. But it’s also an eco-friendly gem. The bristles are soft yet durable, and the handle is made from repurposed materials, which gives me peace of mind knowing I’m reducing waste. Also handy that around every 4 weeks. I get a new brush-head to ensure it’s still working properly.
It’s affordable, too, so it doesn’t break the bank. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for an environmentally conscious, and high-performing toothbrush!

Great customer service
I tried the BOOMBRUSH but I was not satisfied with it for multiple reasons. Support was very fast for handling both the return and the refund. Just be aware that the package can take several weeks to arrive when returning it.

Great service and toothbrush
I brought a toothbrush about a year and a half ago. Recently it stopped working, I contacted the customer service and within 24 hours I had a response with some helpful advice. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it work again and they sent me a replacement. I am very happy with the brush and the customer service. Thank you.

Awesome customer service!!!
Way too soft and ineffective for my teeth. Bought mine as advertised by my dentist and they said my brushing seems worse and they told me to go back to oralb .
IMPORTANT EDIT: 26.1.24
I originally scored a 1 as I felt the brush was ineffective for my specific needs, but I amended to 4 simply because of the awesome customer service. Following my negative review, Lex from Boom called for further feedback and kindly offered advice and/or a full refund.
It turns out that I was using the wrong technique and the wrong brush head, so Lex is sending the other brush head for me to try. Never experienced this type of after service before. Fantastic :-)
My advice, is to not treat this like an OralB, watch the technique guides and tips(I didnt), and clearly if you have a concern, contact them because they WILL help.
