I've purchased a few books this year from Bookbot, and have never been disappointed by them! My orders have always arrived on time with tracking included, and the book conditions are always true to what is listed on the platform.

I've only had to fill in a complaint form once where the incorrect edition was delivered, but this was quickly rectified by the team and I was issued a refund a few minutes after. Always a pleasant experience with Bookbot!

Item i bought said it was "new". Not only was it not new it was used and worse it was damaged to the point it was not easily usable, ripped up into pictures and text.

Really nice second hand bookstore, I was able to find books in the language I was looking for and the shipping was cheap and really fast. However some books were labeled as Spanish and ended up being Catalan so they could do better sorting these books!

Delighted with purchase of the World Book Dictionary for 7 Euro including shipping. Delivery time is unbeatable. Customer Service is great as they immediately sent me Vol. 1 which was meant to be included. I also love that they give books a second life in this very electronic world. Much needed!

bookbot is a East European seller of 2nd hands books,used but chepaer the a new one.... I ordered a book from Patrick Steward( Startrek personage) The book memoir is in top condition,and the service and shipment are very reliable.. The books are all i thought English language to mention... A recommended webstore... Buy with convidence..

Easy help with refund, only small thing was that all written communication in the email feedback was in german. However not a big problem and still happy for the quick help.

I ordered 15 used books from Bookbot in my first order and they did not disappoint. I can't recommend this company highly enough.
I ordered directly from the bookbot.de website which I found very well laid out and helpful. Thank you for including the actual photos of the books you are selling. No other big used book retailer is doing this and it makes all the difference.
All 15 books were in the condition I expected or better.
Packaging was fantastic. All the books were sent bubble wrapped and in cardboard boxes.
The UPS courier was good until it got to the UK. UPS UK is terrible at communicating and tracking. I got my parcel two days after they initially said they would have it to me but that is not the fault of Bookbot so 5/5 for Bookbot!

I think it was the best purchase I´ve ever made in my life. The price-quality ratio is huge. I can say that the books are like brand new. It is totally worth to buy in this website, I will do other purchases here for sure.

Avoid these guys, most likely a scam! I already read from other reviews they might scam with shipping but I gave it a go anyway. Paid EUR 76 for a book incl. shipping which should have gone to the Netherlands. First it randomly got shipped to an address in Germany, weeks later they got the book back and say they will ship it to the correct address. 1 week later the tracking again shows a label was created but the courier didn't get the package. They say it did got taken by the courier and there's a technical mistake. Now I have to wait probably about 2 weeks for a refund (hopefully I will indeed receive this). Fortunately paid with creditcard because I already read about the possibility of they scamming you.

A very good system and smooth process, everything is easy to understand and doesn’t take long.

Recently did my very first Abebooks order and it was a manga from Bookbot. It arrived super super fast and was wrapped very well. It was a single volume order and i still got a free fun bookmark. The manga was basically mint condition, even though it is an OOP manga. Even so the price was really desirable. Really happy with this purchase!

You see what you buy, delivery is very quick and also returning a book was extremely easy.
