I purchased a product on Vinted for over £1,300 using Buyer Protection. After receiving the item, I discovered it was counterfeit and raised a dispute.

I paid for the purchase partly using Vinted credit and partly through my bank card. While I was able to recover the portion paid through my bank, I have not been refunded the amount paid using my Vinted credit. (+£300)

After my bank raised the dispute with Vinted, my account was blocked. When I attempted to contact Vinted’s customer support, they repeatedly responded with the same request, asking me to return the counterfeit item to the seller, even though the seller’s account had already been blocked. This prevented any meaningful resolution of my case.

I paid for a 925 siler bracelet good money,however after 2 weeks its start changing colour, i ask vinted to step in and they said can't do anything about it.
I had to contact with legal service and they got my money back ,what vinted do its surprise surprise, they block my account .vinted be come a dangerous place to shop. I deleted this app ,

Vintage used to be a great platform, but unfortunately the quality has gone downhill.

First, a huge number of clothing listings now use AI-generated model photos, which makes the items look completely different from what you actually receive. It’s misleading and makes it much harder to judge the real fit and appearance.

Second, there are so many obvious fake listings now. You constantly see the exact same item, the same photos, and even the same description posted by different accounts. The worst part is that when you report them, the response is usually that they found no reason to take action.

It’s really disappointing to see how much the platform has declined. It used to feel much safer and more trustworthy.

I've had a really bad experience. They offered me €52 for items worth about €3,500. I didn't receive any information about exactly what I had sent in—I had sent four items. The service is terrible... Stay away...

I think it's a very good, honest and punctual service to recycle objects you don't use anymore and that risk to be just thrown away.

Extremely disappointing and UN FAIR: they answered my email (asking for what happened to the return of my parcel) that they MIGHT give me a compensation.

From my point of view it s kind of an abusive deal: they underestimate your items, propose a ridiculously low price and if you refusé the deal
..they loose the parcel!
And their explanations are quite confuse.

I was pleased to get rid of things I won't use . I was a bit disappointed by the sum I got , there was no listing of prices of the things you send .Maybe I would have asked to recuperate cause they didnot offer much for it . Otherwise the customer service is great . the parcel got to them very quickly , the estimation was suprisingly very quick .So Yes great service .

Disappointing.
My package contained 8 watches, 2 digital cameras, and costume jewelry. I had it appraised item by item. The total value was between €150 and €600. The offer I received: €24! I was very disappointed. Don't waste your time and look elsewhere.
