Bra was not very supportive and the sizing was very small, even though I ordered my correct (size36g),it was no where near fitting.The pictures on the site were the same as on many others.Order took many days to arrive and tracking was not very reliable.

Good quality and excellent service

I ordered 2 support bras that gave zero support due to long straps, poor sizing, and cheap quality material. Nothing like the photos. They refused a refund and kept trying to force a small compensation instead. Even after 7 emails, raising consumer rights and Trading Standards, they still wouldn’t honour a full refund. I had no choice but to accept £9 out of £26 for the items to be thrown in the bin. Terrible customer service. Do not trust this company!

Hard to communicate with customer service to simply return/exchange. Poor sizing, poor customer service. Do not recommend and won’t be buying again.

Took almost a month to get here but was worth it! I liked it fit through the letterbox and it fits like a dream

Refused to refund my purchase of 2 gel bras which were the wrong size, since their sizing chart is useless, as many other purchasers are also finding. This was in spite of me contacting them within a week of purchase , so during the 14 day statutory cooling off period. I have exchanged in excess of a 15 emails and have now been offered £8 compensation for items that are useless to me (offers started with £3 , then £6 and now £8)Absolutely terrible customer service, cheap products , not the same as advertised and took weeks to get here. VERY disappointed indeed and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Echoing many other experiences with this company. DO NOT BUY.
Sizing is awful and despite website saying returns are easy - they offer you £3 or you can return to their warehouse in China. There is no such information on the website when you purchase.

Received 2 bras.
Ordered E cup, when the bras arrived they were at best a C cup.
Therefore not wearable!
However, they are very comfortable, not great support but the most comfortable bras I’ve worn.
I have spent the last 6 weeks trying to send them back for a full refund as they don’t appear to have a larger cup size. They offered a derisory amount (£3 refund) and keep the bras. To save me the expense and hassle of returning. I don’t have anyone to give them to and don’t want to have to sell them and post them off (might as well post them back).
They have offered £9 which is less than 1/3 of what I paid. I told them it’s not acceptable as I can’t afford to lose over £20.
I gave up on partial refund and said I’ll send them back and get a full refund. They will not send the return address and instructions. They are saying that they will only give £9 and no return.
Unacceptable!

I bought one of these jelly bras from them put my correct size in and colour and eventually the colour I ordered came but they sent. S instead of a L also during ordering they took more money off me than stated but I emailed them and they corrected that within no time . With the wrong bra been incorrectly they wanted photo evidence which I sent to them immediately ! They offered for me £4 compensation and to keep the bra ( that didn’t fit ! ) i emailed back and said that’s not what I want could I have a full refund please ? Another email from said we have offered the highest compensation do you agree ? I said no thank you !
22 emails later and waiting 6 weeks I’m still waiting for a refund , I’ve also asked for the right size bra to be sent as it’s in stock today and I’ve just had a email back about the £4 compensation again 🤦🏼‍♀️ this company do not want to know when things go wrong or want to give your full refund … please be careful
Also the same bras are on Temu for 2x for under £4 don’t buy from this company , I’m taking my complaint higher now ! How many more people are they doing this to ???

Oh and they will come back with the usual apology and say if we can help in any way please contact us at at attentionysupport and we will do our best to help ! What do you think I have been contacting for the last 8 weeks ?????
Just don’t bother with them they don’t follow up any thing I can promise you that !!! 😡

Ordered bra in size 32E and an XS was delivered, of course too small. Asked to return for refund and was offered £5 as a goodwill gesture, complained and asked again to return for full refund and was offered £8. I emailed again and was given a return address in China and was told I could return at my own cost for a refund or accept the £8!
AVOID!!

A complete bunch of scam artists. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered two rain catchers in June, and here we are on the 17th of August and still no sign of my items and the order status has not moved and is showing as being with “China post” since the 2nd of July.
Initially emailed the company and got one reply,but emails sent since have been ignored.
Total scam! Thought the items were coming from an American company. Think I can kiss my hard earned cash goodbye.

Ridiculous size conversion table they use means you have no chance of getting the right size then when you complain they offer you a percentage of the cost as a refund because you have to return the item to China at your own cost before they will send a replacement. They show you a table that they use which means a 40 C, 40 D and 40 DD/E all convert to size L. Ludicrous !!

3rd September. Update.
The response they have given is just like the other 3 responses to my complaint. Lots of apologies - valued customer etc. but never admitting to making a mistake.
I asked for a replacement but just got excuses then offered a refund of £3 finally increasing to £6. All I wanted was the correct size garment but the size chart they sent me was ludicrous.
My wife wanted a 40 DD/E and that’s what we still want. I don’t expect anything more from this company apart from emails like all the previous ones
I’ve never had this problem with any other company - mind you we normally get the correct sizes shipped in the first place.

The hat purchased is too big for me and sits low over the eyes nor is it what I advertised. Photos of these issues were forwarded for review. Secondly, the hat is not wrinkle proof secondly too big for me and sits too far down covering my eyes.

As compensation I was offered firstly. £2 then £5

I must say I am very disappointed that a customer can purchase a product that does not fit and is therefore completely unwearable, yet is unable to receive a refund and is instead only offered a £5 goodwill gesture.

I will accept your offer, but I intend to leave honest feedback to make other customers aware of my experience. I believe potential buyers should know that if a product does not fit, the company is not particularly helpful in resolving the issue or providing a satisfactory solution.

Additional comment.

Note received from company after my review is a generic reply to all the bad reviews. Once you contact them they tell yoy it’s company policy regarding the refund. Totally rubbish.

AVOID PURCHASING ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY. PRODUCTS NOT AS DESCRIBED AND YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO REFJND.

I've bought many "best ever" bras from various companies, and the usual from M&S so was dubious when I chose to buy a jelly bra. However, I'm pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is and I'm going to order some more

Great product but shipping and getting updated information is a total joke.

I’ve tried it on and it fits well, feels comfortable but I’ve yet to wear it for a whole day

My wife came across the website for Attentiony.com when looking for a particular item. The first time she used them was positive although the delivery time was quite long. She wanted to reorder the same items and was very pleased with the items and the quick delivery this time. She would certainly use them again.
