The pump that I needed was not in stock but the company organised their distributor to freight a pump directly to me. Excellent service and highly recommended.

ASC was so easy to deal with I purchased a DAB water pump hundreds under what I was quoted from several businesses In my area paid for it Monday and it arrived Thursday morning. Ya can’t get any better than that . Highly recommended

The service we received was excellent.
The only issue was that the tank was delivered with only one fitting and that was for a gutter connection. This was a disappointment.
The driver was most helpful and arrived as expected. The tank is the right size and fits in well to replace the old tank.
I will recommend ASC Tanks. It would be helpful if the East Gippsland area standard shipment rate for this tank was reviewed as we are considered to be rural. There are nearly 50000 residents in our area.

Price for good pump was great, delivered within 4 days

They sent me the wrong water tank and then refuse to waive delivery fees fos a new tank. They also charge $300 deliver fee per tank so it’s $600 delivery for two tanks although it’s the same delivery fee… big scam stay away!!!

It was ordered Tuesday afternoon and arrived Thursday lunch time. Well done.

Bought a Grundfos Unilift pump to pump grey water, no solids. Installed it, it lasted for 2 weeks before it seized. ASC now want me to return the pump at my cost (estimate $60+) AND pay them $50 to have a replacement sent (assuming Grundfos agrees it is covered by warranty). This adds $110 to the cost of purchasing this pump. I will NEVER buy a pump online again. I would highly recommend that you don't either. It is not worth the hassle if you need to make a warranty claim. They are heavy and costly to transport. The manufacturer refuses to include freight in the warranty and retailers seem to think it's acceptable.

Checkout automatically added a delivery fee when it said free delivery Australia wide. I called ASC and they fixed the website straight away so I made the order with no delivery fee!

I had a very bad experience with their submersible pump. first time they replaced it and second time just 6 months latter it stopped working again and had to return it and they refused to exchange it or repair it. being a builder and trading over $20000 per year, they lost me.
