I always use these guys when I need to buy a tank or rainwater related product. They're generally excellent to deal with. They were proactive and super helpful with a recent warranty claim (Good product but failed, not their fault). Last time not as good. Purchased a 10 micron rainwater filter in store. Took them a while to retrieve the product but they got it. Installed it but it only lasted a few months before becoming blocked due to my dirty water tank. Previous one lasted over a year. Realised when I reviewed my records they had given me a 1 micron filter. Simple mistake perhaps but it felt like maybe they they gave me what they had in stock rather than what I needed. Sales person did not pick up on my issue when I mentioned mistake on trying later to purchase the correct filter (No stock of the correct filter). Again, this company is generally really good.

Great experience with ASC. We were urgently after 2 x 3000L slimline tanks for a job and Justin was incredibly professional and helpful in assisting us to put choose the right tank, accessories and colour. The process was clear and easy to do over the phone with a much shorter lead time than other suppliers. Much to our surprise, we got a call from ASC saying they had created space to rush the tank production for us in time for our deadline.

I’ve just had Lance perform some works on my faulty water tank. Lance was great to deal with. Contacted me over the phone and communicated when he would arrive and other things I needed to know.
