It took over 3 weeks from when I ordered to when I received my order. 2 weeks before a shipping label was even created. And then it sat in the warehouse for a couple of days before leaving.
The material is buttery soft and extremely lightweight. It is very thin but as I bought a dark colour it is not see-through. Light colours possibly Bought for travel and I'm happy with the look and feel.
I bought the Size Large pants as I am usually an Australian size 12-14. They fit perfectly. However I am a size 10-12 top so bought the Medium tie back tank. It is massive! The underarms are large and will need to be taken in. I think a small would still be big. Definitely size down on tops. Unfortunately as it was a sale item it could not be returned.
Would I buy from them again? Undecided. Possibly if there was a big sale but definitely not full priced items.

I ordered two items from this company. Thermal leggings and jacket. Only the jacket arrived. It’s great quality (btw - hence 3 stars)
I finally heard back from customer service and a replacement item is being sent.

Even though the leggings have not arrived, I appreciate I was not asked to jump through hoops to prove the order was incomplete.

I’ll adjust this review accordingly when the leggings arrive.

I ordered three items on 21/6.
While customer service responded to my enquiry about when the items would be shipped, they could not answer anything other than to say that it is in process.
Asked to cancel the order and was told that my items were up for priority despatch.
Not happy and I won't order again.
Do not take orders without being truthful about delivery date.

Excellent products, excellent customer service.
I requested an exchange on 3 round neck tees for v-neck and they initiated a very simple returns process at no extra cost to me, even though it was just a change of mind. Tees Wash well, very happy.

I placed an order for some items and then emailed them to ask if it could be dispatched prior to my departure overseas. Not only did someone reply promptly, but my order was processed and sent that day. Their bamboo fabric is great quality, and their Coolum one-piece bathers are gorgeous and fit perfectly. Very, very happy and highly recommend.

My neighbour ordered some bathers through Active Truth. They sent them to my house - with *my* name, address and google pay username. I have never bought anything from them - dodgy as.

inconsistent sizing (items running large) and restrictive return policies for sale items. Freight and handling charges on return or exchange polices.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY'S SUB-STANDARD PRODUCT.
I bought two round neck bamboo tees. I am a large size 14 so of course ordered the size 12~14. They are truly awful, just awful. First of all the length, they are down to my mid-thigh, way too long, could almost wear them as a dress. Secondly they are huge and completely shapeless, they must be about a size 18~20 in reality. Quality wise they are very average, certainly not good. Of course I am trying to return them, they are completely unwearable. So, because they were discounted I can't get a refund, I can get a store credit to buy another sub-standard item but that will cost me $15 - their "restocking" fee. So, whatever I do I am well out of pocket. Save your money - DO NOT BUY.

I purchased the Sorrento swimsuit final sale. Don’t get me wrong, it’s good quality and a nice colour, but after all the reviews I was surprised to find it very unflattering on my size 12-14 body. I have a long torso so it was very high cut despite the adjustable straps, and the fabric clung to my belly button meaning it draws your eye to my donut tummy (which I wasn’t anxious about until today). Not bad, just not amazing. Don’t think I can pull it off sadly. Will give to a friend.

I love my new Coolum one piece. Amazing quality swimwear which not only fits well but looks great. The customer service is exceptional. I will absolutely be buying from Active Truth again.

I purchased swimwear on sale, it didn't fit so I wanted to return it. I couldn't get a refund, which was fine but I had to swap for new items or I would lose $15 from the amount I'd spent ($150) as a 'cost of returning my items'. I selected a few items that did not quite add to my return amount - my total was $130 - but thought I'd keep $20 a credit to apply later. Nope, my order went through for $130, no credit was left so boom, my return cost $20. Will never buy from these guys again.

Overall not a great experience unfortunately. Shipping price is high, and only when spending over $200 do you get free shipping (and what do you know, the swimsuit they market everywhere is $190!) - I buy online a lot and don't usually see shipping this high. And the most frustrating part, I don't qualify for a refund on the item that was a terrible fit and unflattering on me because I used an influencers discount code. So now I'm stuck with a gift card and don't want to buy anything from them again - total rort and not at all customer focused.

Designed with curves in mind, this brand nails it with beautiful fabrics and flattering designs. I have never felt so amazing in swimwear! Their customer service team are incredible too.

They are a reliable brand, with great quality products. Never had any issues. Iv been buying from them since they started and love the long lasting quality.
