I am really impressed of the design of the bags and finally bought one crossbag. I used it everyday for a week during my Rome trip and a part of the bag started to loose the sewed part. I contacted Anekke but no reply. The bag is one time use in my opinion.

Love it, it's small, it lays nicely on my back, it's eye catchy, it has many pockets. It fits B5 planner and all the esentials, it has 2 pockets for pens/or makeup. Very cute. Solid quality, it seems it is made to last.

Anekke products have a specific design wich you can recognize anywere. I will comment only bags, wallets etc here, because of personal experience. High quality and large variety make a difference. Very nice, elegant products for everyday usage.

Because of your packing/declaration error, I was forced to pay $85 in customs fees for absolutely nothing.To make it worse, I have sent multiple inquiries and filled out contact forms, and your team completely ignores me. Now, you have the audacity to send me an automated email asking to rate your service?Answer my urgent emails regarding Order #ANK361774 immediately and fix this financial loss. Unacceptable!

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I am currently struggling to return a pair of slippers because they run small, and I am being asked to pay €12 for the return. The slippers cost €50, so I would only get €38 back, which makes absolutely no sense, especially since exchanges are not even offered. Very poor customer service and a very frustrating experience. I am still waiting for a response to my complaint.
