Changing electricity suppliers was almost pleasant.
Changing electricity suppliers is always unpleasant and inconvenient, but I feel that CheapBills are the best at what they do. I was listened to and the responses indicated that the operators actually understood where I was coming from. BS was kept to a minimum and that was appreciated. Normally I want to hang up as quickly as possible.
