the most helpful part is the part of being understanding and non judgmental in order to achieve outcome even though these are minor issues they have a flow on effect thought the workplace and is helping achieve the outcome helps keep work flow without discomfort other staff members being neutral also helps

I called needing answers for just one question. They were polite, knowledgable, and were happy to give the information without trying to funnel me into their paid services.

So far the service has been great, I completed by Review meeting with Scott and he asked all the necessary questions to understand my business and later on in the day we had another call to go over the documents and where to find them.

We’re a holiday park in Victoria and met with Lachlan today to go through a whole range of health and safety requirements. He was extremely helpful in talking us through everything and making sure we understood what we need to be aware of and keep up to date with.
He also took the time to walk us through the BrightHR portal, which was really helpful and made the whole process much easier to understand.

Great experience overall
Great experience overall. The team who assisted us from providing various suitable dates for multiple locations, through to the team who assisted on the day. The trainers were professional and knowledgeable, and able to communicate to the various team members at the training session. The session catered to the needs of the specific participants and their roles; it was a collaborative and engaging session where participants felt comfortable to share their thoughts also. Fantastic experience.

Peninsula is Vital for our business
Peninsula have managed to help us through a disciplinary action and on-boarding of new employees in a quick and professional matter. Without Peninsula we would be running blind and likely non compliant with our obligations.
