Excellent Experience & Wonderful Watch! (
Professional and very cooperative seller, very fast delivery, the watch is wonderful, and I highly recommend dealing with him.
I won the auction I paid bank fees to…
I won the auction I paid bank fees to for paying money to the seller I paid for the shipping and at the end the seller never send my painting and I lost money .
Catawiki apologize for this issue even though I never got my money back of fees paid.
Three of four orders have been cancelled after I bought the item
Here my last mail to Catawiki support:
"To whom it may concern,
This is the third cancellation on your end out of my last four orders!!!! Can you explain this to me? I don’t just want my money back; I want the actual items. After all, I placed a binding bid, and a contract was formed upon payment. The last seller even lied, claiming, "I’ll ship it out tomorrow," only to cancel the order afterward. Just as with the other two instances, I was even provided with a shipment tracking number—which turned out to be fake.
Consequently, I find dealing with you to be extremely frustrating, and I will be ending our business relationship. It seems that almost every time a seller is unhappy with the final sale price, they simply refuse to ship the item. This is not a professional way to conduct business; any remaining trust I had in my rights as a party to a valid contract has been completely exhausted."
Poor Customer Service - SCAM
After 2 months I have still not received my item. Customer support is useless ! By the way, if they don´t like your review, they will remove it !! Shame on you !

Catawiki Is Withholding Over €1,600 – False Public Claims, Repeated Failed Payouts, and Complete Refusal to Resolve the Issue!
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. CATAWIKI MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
Catawiki's latest public response is yet another example of its appalling handling of my outstanding payments. I am absolutely outraged by the continued excuses, misleading statements, and complete lack of meaningful action.
First, Catawiki publicly claims that its support team emailed me on October 31, 2026, and that the investigation is paused because I failed to respond. THIS IS FALSE.
I have received NO such email. I have checked my inbox and spam folder. Catawiki must provide evidence that this alleged email was actually sent, including the date, recipient address, and support ticket reference.
STOP PUBLICLY SHIFTING THE BLAME ONTO ME FOR YOUR OWN FAILURE TO RESOLVE THIS CASE!
On November 2, Catawiki sent me another Trustpilot request titled "Request for information about your experience." I followed the link, submitted additional details, and explained my situation again.
WHERE IS THE RESPONSE?
WHY HAS NO PAYMENTS SPECIALIST CONTACTED ME?
WHY DOES CATAWIKI KEEP REQUESTING INFORMATION AND THEN FAIL TO TAKE ACTION?
Second, Catawiki is still holding more than €1,600 of my outstanding funds.
The situation has become absolutely absurd.
Almost every afternoon, around 4–5 PM, Catawiki attempts another payout. The payment fails and is returned. The following day, Catawiki repeats exactly the same unsuccessful process.
PAYMENT SENT. PAYMENT RETURNED. PAYMENT SENT AGAIN. PAYMENT RETURNED AGAIN.
This has happened approximately TEN TIMES!
What exactly is Catawiki trying to achieve by repeatedly sending payments through a connection that clearly does not work?
Is this a serious payment operation or a deliberate attempt to avoid resolving the underlying problem?
Third, Payoneer confirmed that the Catawiki funding-source connection was disconnected on September 10, 2026. Yet Catawiki continues to display my old Payoneer account as connected.
Payoneer has informed me that the existing connection must also be removed on Catawiki's side before I can establish a valid payment connection and receive my funds.
So I demand a straightforward answer:
WHY DOES CATAWIKI REFUSE TO DISCONNECT MY OLD PAYONEER ACCOUNT?
WHY HAS THE CONNECTION STATUS NOT BEEN UPDATED?
WHY HAS NO TECHNICAL TEAM RESOLVED THIS OBVIOUS PAYMENT BLOCKAGE?
WHY ARE MY FUNDS STILL UNAVAILABLE?
I have repeatedly contacted customer support. Whenever I raise this specific issue, conversations are closed without a meaningful resolution.
At this point, I have serious concerns about whether Catawiki is genuinely trying to release my money or simply allowing this situation to continue indefinitely.
My funds are not Catawiki's property. Catawiki has no right to leave my outstanding balance inaccessible indefinitely while providing contradictory explanations and empty promises.
I am demanding the following:
Immediate direct contact from a responsible payments specialist, not another generic customer service representative.
Documentary evidence supporting the claim that an email was sent on October 31.
Immediate investigation and removal of the obsolete Payoneer connection from Catawiki's system.
A written explanation of why approximately ten payout attempts have failed.
A specific, verifiable timeline for releasing my outstanding balance of more than €1,600.
I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANOTHER AUTOMATED APOLOGY. I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANOTHER EMPTY PROMISE OF ESCALATION.
Catawiki's conduct has completely destroyed my trust in the platform.
I am now seriously questioning whether the company is deliberately avoiding its responsibility to pay sellers. If that is not the case, Catawiki should demonstrate it through immediate, verifiable action.
I will continue publicly documenting this case, including every failed payment, every contradictory statement, and every unanswered request.
I am also prepared to submit formal complaints to the relevant regulatory and legal authorities, supported by the correspondence, payment records, and documentation I have retained.
CATAWIKI, STOP BLAMING YOUR CUSTOMER. STOP REPEATING FAILED PAYMENTS. STOP MAKING PUBLIC PROMISES YOU DO NOT FULFIL.
RELEASE MY €1,600+ AND RESOLVE THE PAYONEER DISCONNECTION ISSUE.
I WANT MY MONEY. NOT ANOTHER EXCUSE.
