The jersey looks exactly as it is on the website. The fit is great, the customer service was also great because I had to change the shipping address while still in ore-order status. I received this pretty close to when the said it would during ore-order and was able to track it via tracking number.

In summary, this was a first rate online purchase. Ordered a shirt in mid-June which said it had a late August Pre-Order Dispatch date. I received an email confirmation of the order and then in mid-August I got an email confirming the shirt had now arrived and was being dispatched to me. There were regular shipping updates until it had arrived. The shirt itself is lovely - nice material, great fit, and expertly embroidered. A nice alternative to an official shirt - especially at the price they are now! Thank you very much Comma.

Shirts arrived this weekend, perfect sizing. Took about 3mos to get here but we realize they're custom and that takes time.

They were quick to help me with questions through support. When the jersey arrived the quality felt amazing and the fit was perfect. The packaging was secure as well.

The product was as described quality and design wise. The delivery took place as informed by Comma Football, so no additional delays.

I ordered my shirt in may. It arrived in August, due to it being limited addition and having to have all the decal embroided on it explains the delay.
I must say it was worth the wait. The shirt is amazing.
Needless to say i will be ordering again.

The quality and fit was excellent. Was a gift for my son who has been an Arsenal supporter for over 30 years and was very happy with the shirt. It was frustrating it was on back order and took nearly three months to arrive but once it left the seller it was extremely quick international delivery.

The choices of jerseys was plentiful. Customer service was also prompt and helpful. One thing i would like to see improved would be the sizing guidelines, it was not the same as some of the other jersey collection line. Maybe there was a fine line indicating the jersey cut following player's cut so it could have been my mistake but i remember it made a huge difference and since the wrong size jersey couldn't be exchanged as it was a sale item, i wasn't able to wear it :(

Shipping took a week for Singapore which is normal and quick.

Very impressed with the customer service, quality and details on my Ronaldo Portugal jersey. I love Ronaldo and appreciate the style of the jersey primarily red with a green collar.

I spotted these football kits via social media. They had such a good collection that I really wanted to buy a fair few. Arsenal won the league and they did a special edition which I immediately purchased and they said on the website it would be delivered around late August. Fast forward to then, I received multiple shipping updates over a period of a week (shipping to the UK etc) and received my limited edition shirt. It’s a great fit, lovely design and I have already made a few more purchases for myself and a friend for their birthday. I adjusted an order and emailed their customer team who got back to me within 2 days to make the adjustment with ease. Highly recommend and looking forward to more kit releases in the future.

Comms are a little slow when reaching out to them on queries for my order, but they always came back within their advised reply times so happy! Ordering was easy, and designs/materials are good quality. Very happy with them and will be coming back for more when I can 👍🏿
