I received my France 82 shirt and the quality is great. Will definitely buy from them again. The customer service is also excellent as they kept me regularly informed and updated about my order. If you are ordering from America I would recommend ordering 2 sizes larger than what you are used to here. Very good quality, badges feel great with good lining of the stitching, be sure to buy bigger size than you normally would wear.

I'm awaiting my second classic England football shirt from Retro Soccer Kit and I am very impressed with the service. The quality of the first shirt is excellent and I have had some really complimentary comments. "Where have you had that from, it's superb!" I've recommended the website to many friends.

The shirt that I ordered is great, and the quality is top-notch. The support team was really helpful when I accidentally ordered a size smaller. I had a great experience shopping with them and will do so again.

Customer service has been really great helping with returns. Delivery of the shirts did take longer than expected but they did arrive in good condition

I have ordered a jersey on June the 22nd and has just arrived today, July the 21st. In other words, they promise delivery in 10-14 working days and the product came after 21 working days. The worst thing is that they didn't have a clue where the order was: the tracking number was stuck on the 24th of June for several days. The product is decent, though I have some issues with authenticity matters, but the service is horrible, though their representatives are polite.

Ordered 2 retro jerseys, delivery time was long but communicated and arrived within the timeframe. Good to know that I ordered them in the midst of WC26 in the US, so demand must have been through the roof.
Jerseys are great quality, arrived neatly packaged and look awesome. I would recommend! Really happy with them!

I had a very disappointing experience with this store.

On July 3, 2026, I ordered a football shirt for €71.90. My order remained in "Preparing Order" status for several days, so I contacted customer support multiple times by email, but never received a response.

Later, I received an automated AI message stating that the item I had ordered was actually out of stock due to an inventory error and was asked to choose a different product instead. Since the product I ordered was unavailable, I requested a full refund to my original payment method. That request was also ignored.

What happened next was even more concerning. After requesting a refund, I received automated emails claiming that my order was "Ready to Ship" and later that it had been handed over to the courier. However, I never received a valid tracking number, there was no way to verify that the package had actually been shipped, and the order has never arrived.

The company provided completely contradictory information: first they admitted the item was out of stock, then they claimed it had been shipped, without providing any evidence. My refund was never processed, and I never received any meaningful response from a human representative.

As a result, I had to file a chargeback request with my bank.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

It’s a scam, you likely won’t receive anything, they Will just send you AI email to make you lose time and hope,you Will eventualy get a code to track your command but it won’t work

This place is a scam don’t buy from them! first i ordered a jersey and i tried to cancel my order right away but they wouldn’t allow me. they told me i can just return it when i get it. After i got my jersey, i emailed them that i wanted to return it and they asked me why, i explained and then they never responded. i sent so many follow up emails because the 14 day period was about to end, and they still haven’t responded. it’s been a month and a half!! don’t buy from them the quality is and and customer service is horrible. they’re scammers

Shirt bought on 21st June. Almost one month later the package is still at “sent” status, no further news.

They sell with European prices but the product obviously comes from China. Or maybe from outer space.

The customer support is everything but friendly.

I order 90 euro Barcelona T-shirt and the quality is just terrible, the cheapest Chinese factory, so I asked for a return. Instead of simply sending return instructions, they first tried to convince me to keep it for a 50% refund.

After I refused, they made me chase them through multiple emails, then demanded another €20 “handling fee” just to get a return label. No explanation, no breakdown, and they completely ignored my questions.

I eventually paid the €20 just to move things forward, but still didn’t receive the label.

They reply when they want more money, but disappear when you need actual customer service. The whole return process feels deliberately difficult and unfair.

Honestly, stay away. Buying from them is easy - getting your money back is another story.

Paid 20 EUR for priority delivery. Customer service said the shipment will be late no matter what and refuse to provide a refund, despite the items not yet being shipped. Don't make your customers pay extra if you know you won't make the advertised promise delivery date. Only putting 2 stars as i'm still waiting on shipment quality.

Clear Chinese replica, and is dropshipped. The shirt is 100% not adidas, and is of low quality.

Besides that it took for ages to send, i even paid for insurance, and they still made me pay for extra 12 euro for direct shipping AFTER. Supposedly my address wasn't correct, it was!!

I am going to report the shirt and all details to Adidas, and if they agree with my findings, I hope they will sue this company.

The shirt says XL, but it's a European M/L, with a XL label attached to it.

3 weeks since I ordered and still didn’t receive anything. Nobody answers by e-mail. The experience is really bad.

BEWARE - This company is a SCAM.

I placed an order 5 weeks ago, received a USPS tracking # a week later, then no updates. USPS claim the tracking # provided does not exist. I have reached out to retro soccer kit via email half a dozen times to follow up to no response. They have no number so it’s impossible to get in touch with them. They took my money and ran - after reading other reviews, it’s clear this is what they have done to other customers too.

Do NOT shop here. It’s a total scam site.

First order was allegedly lost. No update from the seller. I asked to cancel the order and they just sent me another tracking number that another is on the way. Never received the second one and I’m about to consult with my cc company.

Still waiting to receive product. Past expected shipping. Trying to get a hold of someone is difficult. Have asked for an updated eta or a refund to no response.

If the jersey ever comes or I get a response I will update the review.

I ordered a shirt from this website. The shirt itself looks very authentic however the sizes are a bit off. The XL shirt was very tight for me despite following the recommendation of the sizing tool. Within days after arrival I initiated the return process by emailing. First the contact went smoothly with fast replies but when I made clear that I really wanted to return the shirt they started to ignore me. After a few emails and 2 weeks of waiting I haven't heard anything yet. If you are not sure of the sizing be aware to order from this website since the return policy seems like it's not existing.

Avoid this company!

It’s been over 3 weeks since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received anything other than IA newsletters.

I even paid €10 for their shipping insurance, expecting to be protected if something went wrong. After sending several emails to their customer service requesting a refund, I have received absolutely no response.

At this point, it feels like a scam. No communication, no refund, and terrible customer service. This has been an extremely disappointing experience.

I strongly recommend avoiding Retro Soccer Kit and buying from a more reliable retailer.
