Seems like a definite scammer website according to my experience.
It has been 20 days that I ordered a shirt. (14th of may) The estimated dispatch time is 3-5 days according to their website! I got
neither an update for my order nor an answer to my emails. Dont even click on the website!

I've ordered Primary Jerseys, Warm Up, and 3rd Kit from The Shirt Plugs with 100% satisfaction in all of them. The quality of Jerseys were impeccable. The Warmup was particularly excellent due to it's bold team coloring and bold clean white show. And the 3rd KIT you simply can't find it crafted better.. Bravo!

The customer service was phenomenal, the shirts are excellent quality and look great with any outfit, I will most definitely buy from here again when new shirts come out:)

Legit website (always the worry when trying a new online shop.) They actually products are good quality replicas and shipping is pretty quick. They also seem to have good customer service from what I’ve seen so far ( I haven’t had to make any returns or complaints though so can’t speak on how they handle those.) I’ve ordered two shirts through them so far and I like them. Would order again 👍🏽

I placed my order on 3rd of June. It took a long time until it was even sent. Then it got marked as delivered on 25th of June, but to a completely different country. Customer service wasn't helpful, it took almost 3 weeks for them to send a new packade. When it finally arrived 1,5 months later (2,5 months in total) I was beyond disappointed. The quality is worse than street shirt, it honestly looks lika something I could've made at home. Without a doubt the worst quality I have ever seen on a football shirt. The logo was crooked, the sizes were different from shirt to shirt, the sewing was off. Really nothing about it was good.

Ordered 5 shirts for the price of 3 and when the package finally arrived there was only 4 shirts. Contacted them and they said 1 of the shirts was out of stock. They then promised me to send me another shirt of my choosing but it never arrived and they also didn't respond to me anymore. And to make matters worse they asked me for a review of the shirt I never got.

If I could give negative stars I would. This has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I ordered 6 jerseys for my family to prepare for the World Cup games back in May. We are now in August and I have not received the Jersey... If you could see the level incompetence and deflections from the support team you have to wonder if this is truly a legitimate company... It has been well over 2 months of back and forth... I have been advised to keep waiting, to reach out to the delivery company, and now the latest I have been blamed for providing a bad address... Keep in mind that it has been verified by the US postal service AND confirmed several times for accuracy. I know that delivery issues happen all the time, but the fact that I have received no refund despite making several requests is appalling. Any legitimate company would not have any issues with this right ? All I can say is I will be reporting this company on all platforms to help protect any future buyers from experiencing this scamming platform

If you’re European / American, check the sizing, especially with long sleeve options.

This company starting to be more shady shady by the minute. Finally returned there shirts today and was staying in contact with them through instagram and now they have blocked me after notifying them that I’ve sent them the package. Very in professional with doing that, the way they are acting seems like I won’t get my refund smh. Acting childish about it smh.

Very disappointing customer service and an extremely rigid approach to handling defects.

I understand that businesses need policies, but simply pointing to a 7-day defect-reporting window without making any effort to understand the situation or find a reasonable solution is frustrating. They place all responsibility on the customer, even when there may be legitimate concerns about the quality of the product.

What makes this more disappointing is that their proposed solution is to offer a discount to purchase another shirt at cost. If I’m unhappy because of a potential product defect, being asked to spend more money on another shirt is ridiculous.

I would have appreciated a little more flexibility, especially for a customer who took the time to explain the issue. Instead, the response felt very transactional: “you missed the deadline, so there’s nothing we can do.”

Policies are understandable, but good customer service is about how you handle situations that fall outside those policies. Unfortunately, I don’t feel that happened here. I am never going to purchase from this company again and neither should you.

10 shirts and all have been 10/10 on quality and exceeded expectations. I’m always on the hunt for sites that provide rare retro jerseys with great quality, and I’ve finally found it. 1) don’t hesitate in buying, you will not be disappointed 2)read the sizing before ordering, it’s helped me in picked the right size so that they fit perfect 3) 100% trusted

Ordered 3 shirts now from Shirt plugs had an issue with the sponsor on one of the shirts BUT this was sorted with a replacement being sent out as soon as i contacted them. Great shirt quality and currently deciding on my next order
