Didn't receive the item advertised in the image, and 24.se refuse to accept fault
I ordered a Braun Silk-expert Pro 5 IPL advertised with four treatment heads, a shaver, a facial shaver and a storage case. However, I received a version with only two treatment heads and fewer accessories than shown in the listing.
The product images on 24.se's website and in my order history clearly show the more complete set. Although the item number apparently matches the product they sent, the images do not match what I received.
I contacted customer service to request the product as advertised, but 24.se insists that they sent the correct item despite being showing evidence that the set I item I received is in fact a much cheaper set and not at all the one they clearly advertised on their site. On the konsumerverket website it clearly states "ett fel kan vara att utseendet på varan inte stämmer överens med bilderna".
In my view, advertising a product with images showing a different version and significantly more accessories raises serious concerns about misleading advertising and potentially breaches Swedish marknadsföringslagen. The fact they continue to say they have sent me the correct item makes one wonder if this is something they do regularly and on purpose.
To make matters worse, I am now having to dispute a 69 kr return shipping fee for a product that was not supplied as advertised, and absolute refusal to send me the correct item. This is once again against consumer protection rights.
This has escalated into a Klarna dispute over an order worth more than 4,100 kr, all because 24.se refuses to acknowledge the discrepancy and resolve the issue. Thank god I decided to purchase via Klarna.
Extremely disappointing customer service and a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend ordering from 24.se.

The package is 108cm long by 70cm and it was never clear that the shipping charges of 199kr do not guarantee home delivery. Huge inconvenience. I’m 165cm and could not bring the package myself, not were there any handles. i had to arrange for private pickup and spend extra 400kr.

Worst experience in product delivery, no update for 10 days
I ordered a product 10 days ago and have not received any delivery updates. Customer service has not provided a proper response, and I am very disappointed with this purchase. At this point, I am seriously concerned that I have lost the money I paid for this item.
Jag beställde en vara för tio dagar sedan och har inte fått några uppdateringar om leveransen. Kundtjänst har inte gett något tillfredsställande svar, och jag är mycket besviken på köpet. I nuläget är jag allvarligt orolig för att jag har förlorat pengarna jag betalade för varan.

Packaged was not delivered on time
Packaged was not delivered on time. Gift was for a different recipient. Collection would not let them pick them up. Tried to contact DSV multiple times, impossible to get through to a real person who could actually help. Chatbot was useless.

Order Marked as Delivered, but Never Received
I ordered a pair of headphones from this store. The delivery company failed to deliver them for three weeks, even though the stated delivery time was two days.
When we finally managed to reach the delivery company for the third time, they told us that my headphones had been damaged and would not be delivered. They told me to contact the online store directly.
I contacted 24.se customer support, but they replied that my parcel had been delivered and that the order had been completed.
I have never received the headphones.
