Fast and professional
I ordered some filaments that were in-stock, and the order was ready for me for pick-up the morning after!
Very fast and very professional service.
Getting there was no problem, and there are signs showing where to go.
The prices can be a little more competitive... even the cost for delivery.

Great service and great products
I am extremely new to the 3D printing world, and have found the website extremely easy to use in getting what I need and, more importantly, I have found the staff to be very patient, polite and helpful every-time I contacted them about noises my printer made! Great customer service- good prices and speedy delivery- what’s not to like?

I have never been more disappointed in…
I have never been more disappointed in a product than the Phonton M3 plus i ordered form here. The machine has never produced a single complete print. First of all it took a long time to get it to run at all bacause the firmware update on the website is corrupted. When I got the file, it still thought it was mainland china, so have never gotten the wifi connection up and running.
Moving on to the prints. I have tried alot of different settings, change FEP film 3 times, I have never has a complete print, the machine just simpel doesnt work! I have done everything by the book and more....
