The dress that I ordered was lovely when it came (Betty style) but I would say on the smaller side. I returned it straight away via DPD tracked parcel (12.8.2026) but I am still awaiting a refund as apparently they can see i returned it but they've not received it from DPD. Personally I won't be ordering from here again or recommending them, which is a shame as the dress was lovely. I did read some negative reviews about waiting 3 months for refunds and having to chase them but decided to give them a try anyway. Disappointed to say the least.

Very easy service and prompts all the way onscreen. Just a quick tip if you choose a small parcel/locker then watch your head as they automatically open so depending how tall you are this could hit your head. Great great idea though and you can do it at your own convenience any time day or night.

We came into the Preston docks store a few months ago saw Sarah she was absolutely brilliant. Took us this long to decide but eventually Mo got the signature on the dotted line. What lovely friendly staff not pushy but professional. Very excited to get our new sofa in 5 weeks maybe sooner. Thanks to all your doing a great job.

What a fabulous site. I followed suit to my daughter as she raved about vinted. Honestly it's the easiest thing I have ever done and so easy to follow you are instructed and contacted all the way. I love the prompts of ideas on selling costs. I've got the bug :) and we are helping our suffering planet

To be honest the live chat is brilliant as its better than a poor phone line and sitting in queues being passed from 1 advisor to another..very prompt professional service all round
