Aftershave as promised but said a bag was a free gift.when this didn't come I was directed to the small print subject to availability.they could have had non available for ages.misleading.good price for aftershave but buyer beware read the small print.was for a birthday 10.6.26

Had to call for help hours after booking a family holiday and Zena the call handler was lovely and very helpful and efficient

Very helpful aiden had a good deal of knowledge which helped with the choice of cruise.had 3 conversations until we finally booked

Parcel in top door and pushed right to the back.the lockers are in the bottom of a city centre car park which was deserted.i had no way to get that parcel I'm 5.3.two men walked past and one was tall and just managed to reach it.there is no reason to push parcel to the back

I had 4 items in the locker.normally it is so easy to pick up parcels but today all 4 items had been pushed right to the back.one was in the bottom left drawer.i couldn't reach it standing.i had to kneel on the floor on my coat,and I have trouble standing again from kneeling.the locker is in a carpark and I felt vulnerable.very angry as this was not necessary. There was no reason to do this
