Had an issue with the customer service rep when I called up so I made a 1 star review explaining the issue , next day I had a call from Karl about the issue i raised , he was very helpful in resolving the issue . I have been a customer for 8 years and I have only ever had 2 issues with their customer service and both times I have had a call back the next day to resolve the problem. Thank you for your service
Spoke to customer service about cancelling an engineer appointment because no one would be home . My contract runs out 31st Oct 2025 and I have singed for another to start straight after BUT I've had to rebook an engineer for 12th Nov 2025 to fit fiber cable , customer service guy was quit abrupt at explaining terms and I was told I would be charged out of contract charges until my new cable is fitted. I was put on hold to speak to the billing department and that's where I stayed for 25 min with no answer so I hung up. Will call them again during the day when maybe I will have a happier person on the phone. Crappy service
Who's the dumb boy who sits in the little box who picks and chooses who sits and waits and who goes in to tip. Tipping should be in order of who arrives , I was 2nd in line after an artic but I was made to sit and wait 40 minutes while all those who came in after me were aloud entry to tip,, lose the boy in the box who has an attitude towards drivers when he's asked a simple question like how long do I have to wait here. In total I was queuing for 1 and half hours,,

WHY have you removed my listed items for sale , I had an email on 6/8/25 telling me I have a sale BUT you have removed my items so how can I have a sale. This company is absolute crap-- first time order through wowcher and after a week I realised the tracking info was telling me that item had not even been dispatched so I got intouch with supplier and they told me they couldn't find the order number- I ordered this item on 2/12/24 for a christmas present and after 2 emails to oberoto find out where my item is - it's now 26/12/24 and no delivery- useless company ,you may aswell close it with all the negative feedback you have on trustpilot, you will never get my custom ever again useless stawt
Your airwick plug in diffuser could of burn my house down while I was at work with my dog alone in the house .. my partner came home from work and there was smoke in our living room with a bad onerous smell and she heard a faint clicking sound that she could not source- it wasn't until I got home and found where the clicking was coming from and I found the airwick plug in diffuser black and partly melted.. my poor dog was sick through the smell in the room my partner said . You have now lost a customer due to your poorly made product.. you are so lucky my house didn't burn down...
I have just tried to buy an hd digital camera for £22 when I went to checkout and pay I was being forced to buy vip bumping the price up to £49 - I don't want your vip rubbish I just want to buy the camera-- you won't be getting any money from me .. -- what a con.

Firstly you don't even deserve 1 star but no stars is not possible... MY order arrived at one of your facilities on Monday 17/6/24 at 6pm - my order was expected by 8pm on 18/6/24.. no delivery.. and now the updates are saying expected by 21/6/24... are your staff so bad that they can't even get deliveries out on time.. too many DIVS in your employment.. THANKS FOR MY LATE DELIVERY. - I will be contacting the seller so that they are aware of your uselessness on meeting delivery dates .. maybe they will use a different courier in future
Ordered some engine oil on 8/6/24 had an update on 10/6/24 about dispatch and in that email it said there will be another email with a tracking number for product.. It's now 14/6/24 and no email with tracking number/ no updates at all about purchase so I have no idea at all when this product is arriving.. I need the oil but it looks like I am going to have to buy from elsewhere now because I desperately need it .. so when your delivery finally gets to me I will be sending it back to you. Your customer care is shocking- I will not be buying stuff from your shop ever again - you have failed to inform me about delivery details .. I don't even know who's delivering it.. I was given no dates for delivery and there were no dates on my confirmation email and I'm still waiting for the email with the tracking - how long does that take you to send to the customer.. I had no delivery Info at all - WHY IS THAT.

Why are my parcels always running late with royal mail- I don't have this issue with other delivery services,ONLY ROYAL MAIL. Because of your terrible service I have to reorganise my time because plans are put in place around my expected delivery dates. What is the issue.. On one of my parcel trackers it shows that you received my parcel on tuesday 11/6/24 and you received it again on the 13/6/24, I should of had my parcel on the 12/6/24- WHAT IS GOING ON !!!!. your service has gone from bad to worse. I do try not to use royal mail but now and again I have to and late deliveries are top of the list always..
What is the point of spending time on the phone arranging a redelivery for a day which was only 2 days from original delivery so i can be home and you still try to deliver the following day even though i arranged an alternative via your automated phone service and I even got a redelivery ref - you ended up leaving it with my neighbour-- why didn't you do that on the first delivery attempt, DIVS.
Amazon delivery drivers are so thick in the head. They don't even follow simple instructions... whats the point of having a safe place for delivery items when it's not used .. dumb delivery drivers - lazy delivery drivers, every time I phone up and complain that my stuff has gone missing from my doorstep I get told the same thing... we are really sorry about the inconvenience and it won't happen again ... what a load of bull.... when the service works its good but that's about 10% of the time- 90% of the time the delivery drivers don't follow instructions... fekin useles
Your app crashes on a regular basis and I have to delete it and then download it at least once a month- it use to be ok all the time but since summer 23 it has played up regularly.. the problem is ... screen freezes / glitchy response when going through the pages and when it comes to the keyboard popping up on screen to put in the 3 security numbers on payment card the screen appears and disappears within 1 second and that's when I have to delete it and re download.
Vshred is a rip off .. I paid £44 sterling to get an app that only has a few exercise guides... they keep on chucking emails at me wanting me to buy this and buy that and pay a subscription for more stuff that I can get for free elsewhere on the Internet.. I was only really after some diet plans for meal ideas but that part of the app doesn't work... MY advise is - if you have loads of money to throw away then this app is for you... what a waste of money... I booked a call to speak to one of their people about diet and training but it turned out that the guy was only there to to maybe put me on the right track but you know what that would mean I have to pay more money to someone else .... money money money is all they want..

Greedy executives and shareholders want all the profits for their rich luxurious lifestyles. Your damn delivery drivers don't follow customer instructions and they don't hand the parcels to the customer they knock on the door then drive off leaving the parcel on the doorstep in view of everyone.. you service is terrible.. train your foreign drivers to read English.. this happens too many times and I've even had stuff stolen from my doorstep and now I have cameras around my house because of this.
Trustpilot is an excellent way to get a company's attention good or bad, no one likes a bad review so if a company is out to mug consumers off the consumer can tell the world what they are like.. thankyou trustpilot you have help out many times in the past and continue to serve .
Poor service and misleading information.. I use the amazon service quite a bit but they have issues in their service ... let me start by saying SOME of their delivery drivers are rude , lazy and can't or don't want to read the customer instructions.. when you employ someone you would of though they would of had to have basic English language skills HUH... secondly your website clearly has issues when ordering on a weekend... if you order on a Saturday and your item displays " IF YOU ORDER BEFORE 8PM , DELIVERY IS TOMORROW... well that's not true at all , it will be delivered on the following Monday... NOW THATS NOT THE NEXT DAY DELIVERY THAT WAS SPECIFIED WHEN ORDERING THE ITEM WAS IT , AND WHAT MAKES IT WORSE IS THAT AFTER YOUVE BOUGHT THE ITEM YOU THEN GET AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION SAYING A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DATE AND ESPECIALLY AS ITS AN AMAZON DELIVERY ASWELL... DONT YOU THINK YOU SHOULD SORT YOUR WEBSITE OUT AND STOP MISLEADING CUSTOMERS WITH FALSE INFORMATION
Bought 2 dinghies exactly the same but when opening both boxes we found that they weren't.. one was clearly bigger than the other but they both say the same thing about weight and person capacity.. I have pictures to clarify this
